"Not Classic but still Brilliant" | 2007-05-31 |

This is really what I expected: KMFDM a little bit progressed. The album sounds fantastic, the known KMFDM sound, a little bit more polished, but still wild and powerful. That is nearly perfect in other words. Some of the songs have also great ideas. There are some tracks that I like more (eg "Torpedoes", "Hydro-Electric", "Witch Hunt"), but I do listen to the whole album very often. It may never be a "classic" album, but it is still a brilliant album. I really cannot understand people that complain about KMFDM have changed. Everything I have liked in KMFDM sound is also present in their latest albums, and in their "transformation" to MDFMK, too. Fans,... proceed! |

| I acually really liked this album. While it doesnt really sound much like KMFDM it does have a few things that it takes away from it. Essentially many components of KMFDM found their way into MDFMK. It is much more grungy, catch, and dancey, per say. But its hard to compare the two. They almost sound like 2 totaly different bands |

| KMFDM was never there to make money, after the demise of KMFDM it seems as if everyone's favorite Kapt'n needed some coin. This is to put it simply Sascha and Tim-Tim's attempt at mainstream music. Not that that is a bad thing, it's just that if you were here expecting KMFDM you will be dissapointed. This isn't a bad album, but it's nothing fantastic. There is A LOT of synth on this album, more than anything by KMFDM. I'm not a big fan of the electronic parts, but occasionally when the guitar kicks in I'm all over it. If you are a casual music fan buy it, if you're a KMFDM fan buy it soley for a komplete kollektion. Who knows maybe you'll enjoy it... |

"Lucia Cifarelli's Debut With KMFDM.....I mean MDFMK" | 2005-08-11 |

| Some put this album down for various reasons including the members involved(Sascha,Tim,Lucia) the production or lack of direction. Or maybe because of KMFDM being inverted to MDFMK.....I don't know. I can tell you this, KMFDM are embarking on a different sound for the 21st century and how awesome of a sound it is. With the exception of Transmutation, this album is quite good. The songwriting and vocal stylings are incredible. And Lucia fits into the fold quite well and continuing to improve on future albums 'Attak,WWIII' There are a few slight limitations here and there(some guitar tracks are a bit thin) but overall this album does kick ass. Most were upset over the disbanding of KMFDM and state that they are going down hill since this was released...........I totally disagree and really enjoy this album! |

"A might catchy...but a bit Skoldie." | 2005-03-29 |

I'm inclined toward the general consensus: Skold is best in small doses.
Even so, this album is good vindication for the fans who know that KMFDM began as a synth band, thus never `went techno'. Wired collectors might be more satisfied than the strapped, particularly those that complain of having to skip through previous releases, but we need twice the Lucia and half the tim. General Electronic aficionados, being pretentious progressives by nature, will already find a number of the e/affects to be dated, but side projects ferment into nostalgia in shorter time.
Specific emphasis: The best tracks are well worth a used price.

| A brilliant composition of electronical art. This album brings new meaning to synthesis. KMFDM shouldve stayed broken up and kept that guitar hidden way. The all out keyboard/computer spiel elevates this album beyond all other KMFDM releases. |

| This album has been out for years, and as a huge Tim Skold fan I finally picked it up. I have to say that Now is probably my favorite song, followed closely by rabblerouser, and witch hunt. Tim Skold really shined on the KMFDM song anarchy, and unfortunatley too many KMFDM fans felt he changed their music for the worse, however if you listen to the quality songs on KMFDM's ATTAK, you will see otherwise. Pick this up , if you can find it. |

| From the ashes of KMFDM, here is MDFMK; consisting of former KMFDM members Sascha Konietzko and Tim Skold with Drill singer Lucia Cifarelli. Even though this album wasn't well received, MDFMK is packed full of catchy dance beats and rhythms, plus loads of excellent guitar work; much more so than many of KMFDM's material. Standout tracks include "Rabblerouser", "Get Out of My Head", "Torpedoes", "Be Like Me", and "Control"; all of which display MDFMK at their best. While the album falls just a tad short of being something truly special, in the end we are left with an album that was a blueprint for something that could have been (KMFDM eventually got back together not long after this album's release). All in all, MDFMK is something that is definitely worth listening to if your a fan of industrial/techno music, or even KMFDM (although that doesn't aply to everybody; many KMFDM fans did not embrace this album). If you like what you hear here, I strongly suggest picking up the Heavy Metal 2000 soundtrack which features an MDFMk tune called "Missing Time", which is probably the best song from this outfit. |

| This is a great CD to buy because it fills in the gap of 'Adios' and 'Attak'. The songs are great, and the rhythms are awesome. I especially love 'Rabble Rouser' with the angry yet cool sounding vocals, 'Torpedoes' with it's catchy rhtyhm which you can pretty much dance to, and 'Witch Hunt' which has a really catchy chorus. Hopefully MDFMK will make another album, though I am very excited about KMFDM's new album 'WWIII'. I don't care who releases an album first, they will both be great. Great going guys! |

| Great CD. I was really excited when this came out as Adio had recently came out and I was depressed that KMFDM was gone. MDMFK is a group formed by KMFDM main meber Sascha, some dude, and a really hot girl. Every song on this album is hot with good beats and melodies that will keep you hooked for hours, my fav is def missing time, with torpedoes after that. I wish they'd come out with more MDFMK because I love the way they went with this album. |
