"Listen to this one the whole way through" | 2005-10-03 |

| This album is meant to be enjoyed from start to finish. It almost isn't fair to listen to the catchy, head-nodding singles ("Dirt" and "Rekkit") without also giving equal weight to the development of the album. You'll be surprised to see how Dead Elvis takes you through a journey starting in the reggae/groove genre, moves to a sampled-rock section and then finishes with several smooth, bass-driven and smart downtempo songs. It's production is flawless with content that will leave any music lover in peace. Enjoy! |

| Easily one of my favorite albums; it flows as a real album should, slowly running a course through several moods and styles (all of them very... well, groovy). If you prefer quality of individual tracks, this album is loaded. Example: "Rematerialised" is an especially powerful, sexy piece that combines the rhythm of reggae with the dark intensity of the heroine-rock surrounding it on either side. |

| This album is absolutly amazing. it just creeps into your conciousness without you noticing, and in every situation thereafter you'll think "i know, i'll put on Dead Elvis". its just absoultly appropriate for every situation. and its funky as nobodys buiesness. Buy buy buy. the cantino sessions aint nearnly as good though. |

| I was blown away by this album. There's so much on here to enjoy. It's really an experienece from start to finish. I couldn't believe how it all flowed together, the sounds and just everything. There's a reggae influence, then all of a sudden hard trance, and more. You have to listen to it from start to finish. At the end it gets pretty dubbed out! They use live instrumentation which sets them apart from other groups in this genre. Excellent stuff! |

"Sweet..." | 2003-09-01 |

| I purchased this on a whim after hearing the song "Dirt" somewhere else... and I'm glad I did! It's totally unique, and that's a good thing. The best way to describe it would be to say it's filled with mixed beats and often eerie electronic melodies. Some of the songs are funky ("Dirt"), some are dreamy ("68 Balcony"), and some are pretty hard to classify ("Rekkit"), but all of them make for an interesting listen. Great music to just leave on while you're in the car, or chilling out. Love it, haven't gotten bored of it, and that's really all I can ask of a CD. |
