I love this tape!It is the first tape I bought and out of the 30 I have the one I still do the most. Its short and very easy to learn.I lost 30lbs and 5 sizes working out with Jane. I like to use this tape to do after lifting weights or just do the stretch after doing the aerobics part. I recommend this tape for beginners or advanced.Just depends on what level you want to do.There is not any lunging, squats, jumping, or abs in this video. Just strictly moving your body to music and burning fat!
"Not Really Low Impact"

Aerobics - 1 Star The aerobics section I have to admit is not really a low impact workout. The rule of low impact is this: there should be one foot on the floor at all times and no jumping. Although you can do the tape low impact style, to do so you may find it very difficult to keep with the rhythm and pace, and the workout feels far less effective than the high impact version that is demonstrated. The changes are quick but the movements are repetitive. The coordination seems more of a challenge than the workout itself. There is no Jane to guide you through, but more notably, the aerobics section seems to lack her unique moves and motivating style. If you are looking for a good low impact aerobic workout, I highly recommend Jane Fonda's Low Impact, or Low Impact and Stress Reduction, which are fun and easy to do but still challenging enough to give you a really good workout. Stretch - 4 Stars The stretch part is great and gives you a 20-minute soothing yet invigorating full body stretch. It leaves you wanting more!
"Learn to Co-ordinate!"

I felt normal when I read the reviews over here: I'm not the only one unable to coordinate! But as a woman living in the middle east I find the dancing moves in the aerobic session lively and new to me as *dancing sessions* and not aerobic sessions. I don't look at the mirror when I follow. Looking like them and moving like them aren't my first priorities, I think learning a little coordination is better than nothing at all, so you can do your best if not the best! As for the streches, I'm not really interested, I just gave birth and all I need is to burn and have a flat tummy again. The session is good for burning but I don't think it's meant for streching muscles.
I love the stretching part of this tape. I do not like the aerobics very much because I have terrible coordination. Overall, I think this is a great tape.
Holy Cow! I felt like a cow trying to follow. If you can do the aerobic section of this tape you are a better person than me. Watched it several times, tried it a few and got so frustrated that I gave up. On the other hand, or foot, the stretching is very good and probably worth the price of the tape. I suggest you borrow a copy before you buy if possible.
Wow, the first time I did this one, I couldn't follow the steps at all!! The instructors move too fast, and you will have problems coordinate your arms and legs in the right order! First, thers's a 30 minute aerobic work-out, with lots of dance moves, at the end there's a 15 minute stretch routine with Jane, which is quite nice. This video will make you sweat the first weeks, most because of the moves(hard to follow!!). It's okay for beginners, but not for me- anymore!
