Even though it is crazy that Nintendo failed to include a headphone jack with the gba sp, this product takes care of that problem easily.
I would suggest that anyone buy a GBA SP with the backlit screen for the best, yet affordable, portable gaming setup. Additionally, this product is required to make the setup complete.

| My bose headphones don't sit right in this adaptor's jack. If I keep pressure on my headphone plug, it works fine, but when I let go, as would be expected in normal use, I only get audio in the right ear. Seems to me the jack doesn't quite have the right measurements. |

| I bought the earphone adapter so that my son can play our Game Boy on a flight without annoying everyone or having to battle with him to keep the volume down. I tried it out with Mario World and it works fine and sounds as good as synthesized, cheesy, videogame music could sound. I agree that it is annoying to have to spend the extra money for special earphones, though all the game consoles try to nickel and dime you. Same deal with the Game Cube: Oh, you wanted *two* controllers with that? Oh, you wanted to be able to save your game? |

Everyone whose anyone whose got the SP should get it!!
I'm BIG on music so I gotta have it my way(Like I do in B.K.)
an' get an earphone/headphone adapter.
P.S. - If you're gonna use this, then at least get a game with a decent soundtrack such as A Link To The Past(which I also got offa Amazon.com)

This headphone set is great
When i got the GBASP I was disappointed because
there was no headphone adapter
but I knew that there must be one for the GBASP
somewhere in the world
THERE IS!!! THIS ONE!!!!!!
It's great.... I totally recommend it
for the gamer brother with a million annoying
brothers and sisters playing music and being too
loud on purpose around you
