Execution goes through a process of getting the job complete. The book can be a slow read and I did enjoy the audio more. Brett Vanderwater, MBA, CIA, CMA, CTP
"Plan (49%) and Execute (51%)!"

Amazing book by Charam and Bossidy. The main idea is: plan carefully but do not forget that if you don`t execute it, it will be a 49% complete bridge: it will have no use. Another important insight: planning is not a more 'noble' action than executing. Planners are not more important than executors. In my experience, they are slightly less: 49% of the job is plan and 51% is doing it.
"Execution rocks"

Many leaders talk a great game, but in the end, are inefficient and marginally effective at executing upon their personal and corporate strategies.
This book helps leaders recalibrate, and re-focus on people--people who can get the job done. Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan link the three core processes to get things done: people, strategy, and operations.
It's time to talk less, and get more done. (Thus, I'll keep this review short; I need to go execute.)

The book was cheap and on perfect conditions. It arrived on time and there were no problems, the whole transaction went smooth as It should be. Can't go wrong with this one.
"Contains no information"

This book reads like an extremely long blog entry. It's not a terrible read, but if you're looking for a book that contains ideas to improve your management skills or the overall management environment, this is not your book. The book spends its entire tenure describing WHY execution is important but never delves into HOW to improve execution in an organization.
"Very valuable practical advice"

This book takes practical advice to a new level above the obvious and not going into abstracts without making it executable! I love this book.
