The Tripp Lite PV375W is the second inverter I've had.
I'm very pleased with the wattage output and have two receptacles.
The internal fan is noisy, but that is the only drawback.
I hope that the Tripp Lite PV375W gives me as many years of service on a daily basis as the previous Tripp Lite inverter I owned and used for five years.
Good value in the extra wattage for very little extra in price!

I purchased it 1.5 years ago and I guess it is about time to write a report for the product I used.
This is a power inverter which comes with a size which is not too big and can have 2 sockets, which is really convinent and can charge up my laptop with no problem at all. It comes with an Aluminium case with cooling fins surrounding the inverter which guarantees the inverter to be cool down quickly.
The only thing that it has is the noisy fan. It is not really noisy when the car is run on highway. I put it also under the chair which might actually decrease the noise. I am thinking that the manufacturer should put a quiet cooling fan to make the product perfect.
The power inverter which is almost perfect for me is because the car I am using, 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander, have the exact space in the middle under the rear seats, where I can put my inverter there. It is really cool as I need not to take the inverter out from the bottom of my front seats but to plug things to the 2nd row like plugging onto the wall. The only thing I need to do is to buy an extension cord.
I highly recommend anyone who are seeking powerful small inverter to use inexpensive inverter to solve your daily needs.

Works great, quiet fan, doesn't seem to get hot. A little heavier than I expected, but not enough to be a problem. I need a rugged, durable unit and this one so far fits the bill.
I have used this inverter in my work van for 3 years. I use it daily (yes, daily!!) to power my DeWatt, Hitashi, Ryobi, 18 volt battery chargers and occasionally my drill doctor, etc. I plan to buy another inverter to run my bedroom 42" lcd tv (200 watts) in an emergency and I will buy this exact same product again. It is slightly noisy(mild whine at best) but that is not a factor for emergencey power. I blew the fuse only once when I overloaded the device and I knew better, but I had to push the limit to learn. Do buy this product, but do plan on spending another well spent $45 dollars on battery cables and clamps, etc. The cig lighter connector is just a convenience and not able to pull the full 375 watts. I spent plenty for twin copper #10 wire and pricy connectors to mount this bad boy inside my van. But it remains the best bang for the buck device. You must pay the extra for heavy amp wireing to your truck battery. Get wise, buy this, then spend again for 12 volt supply wireing and you will never be sorry, and always have power!

Bought this because I have good experience with Tripp-Lite products. I have another cheap (read: crappy) power inverter that works for 2 minutes then stops working. Other people I know have this crappy model and complain of the same problem. This product has not stopped working and doesn't fluccuate the power like the other one. I also like how the male plug grabs hold of the 12V socket and makes a secure connection. This is a solidly built product that get a very high recommendation.
