| I can definitely tell the difference between headset volume and handset volume. Listeners ask me to speak louder. Satisfactory for the cost, but should be better on volume. |

| I have frequent voice conferences which can be up to 4 hours long. This headset is very comfortable, has good volume levels on mic and mono earpiece. It is also reversible so you can swap ears mid-conference by swinging the mic over the headband, which I find a very nice feature. I've owned one for over 6 months and it is indispensable to me. |

This is the second KX-TCCA60 set I've bought, because the quality is superior. I drive a noisy truck, and no other headset I've tried, has the clarity and noise reduction that this provides. First, my clients hear me clearly without the wind/noise that surrounds me. Second, I hear my clients loud and clear in those same conditions. And no amplifier, booster, noise reduction, needed.
I use two phones on the road, and two at home. The most difficult to use with headphones has been the Treo700w, but now the problem is solved.

| I really like the headset. Very comfortable having it on all the time as I work from home. Very clear quality. Fine levels to adjust for different sizes. I wish there were controls for volume and mute, but then you are not too far from the phone anyways. I recommend it. |
