This product was exactly what I needed. I put it on top of a laptop riser (inside my armoire roll-out drawer) and then put my keyboard on it. It brings my keyboard to the exact position I need, and the padded edge keeps my wrists in a comfortable position for typing. There is even room for my mouse pad.

Great product, protects the desk while relaxing the hands... wish it was cheaper but oh well.

Those of us who spend many hours every day at a computer appreciate comfort, especially when the comfort seems effortless. That's what the Kensington Wrist Pillow provides. It does its job without calling attention to itself. Besides wrist comfort -- for lefties and righties alike -- this wrist rest is wide-format, and that feature allows an user to place the keyboard and open mousing area so it's suitable. I like the mouse on the left, while others like it on the right. Either way, it works with ease. Another feature of this Kensington model is that it has several anti-skid circles (for lack of a better term) on the base, so the whole device stays put while in use on a desk or other such surface. It has no tendency to slide or jiggle away while you're using it. In all, the Kensington Wrist Pillow does its job and offers good value.
"Does the trick!"

Have used for about 6 weeks. It works for both the mouse and the keyboard -- regardless if you are left- or right-handed -- and keeps them from unwanted sliding around.
It will not leak like a gel wrist rest, and does not permanently "indent" if you absentmindedly lean on it with an elbow.
In my opinion the cushion seemed a little too high for mousing, so I've inserted two old extra mousepads between the mouse and the platform. Otherwise, perfect!
"Save your wrists"

There are lots of wrist rests, plastic or foam pads, etc. out there to help support your wrists while typing at the keyboard. This model is far better than most. It consists of a hard surface on which to place the keyboard and your mouse pad. It is long enough to accommodate both keyboard and mouse area as a single unit. A soft pad then extends the full length of the entire unit. You could actually put the whole thing in your lap - keyboard and mouse - if you prefer to work that way. It does an excellent job of cushioning the wrists along the full width of keyboard and mouse. Best product made for this purpose.

Kensington Wrist Rest is a great product. The platform holds my keyboard and mouse. Previously had trouble with my keyboard sliding around. The platform keeps the keyboard in place, and the wrist rest holds my hands/wrists in proper position. Comfortable and no wrist problems. Good investment.
