My apartment is one of those "luxury" shindigs. Unfortunately, the water is terrible! When I turned the sink fauced on I could smell the horrible Rotten Egg scent and it made coffee/rice/pasta taste disgusting. I had my water checked but the city said it's "within limits" which is infurating. I bought a Brita pitcher hoping it might take out some of the scent/taste. I was wrong -- the Brita pitcher took out ALL of the horrible scent and taste and my water is perfect! Highly recommend this product if your water: tasted bad, smells bad, has a metallic/chlorine after taste.

The pitcher I purchased is slim and fits neatly into a fridge. Nice design. It is ideal for a single person household. Fresh filtered water every day. I love it. Easy to assemble. Much cheaper than buying bottled water every day.

This thing is tiny! It only holds 40oz. Perfect for filtering your fawties! In seriousness, this is very handy. My one complaint is that the top is difficult to remove gracefully. There is not much to grab onto when removing it.
