Take your time and read the directions while attaching the front wheels to the car. We use this car for walks around the neighborhood and he plays with it in the house some as well.

This is a great, sturdy toy--except for the convertible top. It ripped along the seam before it was a week old (and only adults had ever raised and lowered the top). Very disappointing from Little Tikes.

I purchased this for my 18 mo. old daughter. The removeable floor was key since she could not operate on her own yet. When she can, we'll remove the floor. The push handle is also great for the parent. I'm not a big fan of the convertable top because I can't see the child completely from behind the top in it's raised position. My daughter enjoys riding in it and does like to play with the sensory features. Overall, good quality and fun for the child.

My 1 yr old got this for her birthday from grandma. It works great. We can push her around in it and she stays put. She likes the horn and other gadgets on the dashboard. She takes rides in the house on rainy days and outside on the sidewalk when we have good weather. The tires are not as loud as everyone claims.

I bought this for my 16 month old daughter and she absolutely loves it! And the best thing about it is she will be able to grow into it because when she gets bigger we'll remove the removeable footboard and then it becomes a big girl car that she can drive herself. It's a great idea. She climbs into the car herself and has loads of fun pushing the buttons to make different car noises and plays with the little toy shifter. Great buy! I love Little Tykes products! A co-worker saw the box when it was delivered and a week later I told her how much fun it is and now she is buying one for her son.

I purchased this for my grandchild. She loves it! I had it sent directly to my daughter's house. My daughter said it was very difficult to put together. apparently, the wheels' directions (to attach them) did not seem safe and secure enough for my son-in-law, so he rigged up a safer method of attaching them. Thank heaven they had to do it and not the grandparents.
