It gets only four stars because of the odd arrow key arrangement (the navigation keys -- Home, End, etc -- are small and oddly arranged too). Other than that, it's a wonderful keyboard: not too soft, a nice curve and built-in palm rest, a good feel overall. Can't be beat for the price.

Good and soft to touch the keys, but the arrow keys are oddly aligned. Arrow keys and some function keys such as Home, Page Up, and Down are really densely allocated and not easy to push accurately.

I love this keyboard. I have had this brand/style for 5+ years and go back to it every time. I recently changed jobs and tried to use the dell flat keyboard that was issued. I soon realized that everyday I wished for my ergo keyboard back. I finally broke down and asked our IT person for one yet was given an Adesso 208W, which does not have leg stands and has many other (in my opinion)useless add-ons which waste valuable desktop space. The MS Natural Elite is basic and to the point. Granted you do have to use a 6pin to USB adapter but that is not difficult to hitch up. :) And ahhhh, your hands now have room! Also, the keys are responsive and right where you need them. My hands and wrists never felt so good. Don't waste your money on the rest, this keyboard will do the trick. You won't be sorry.

This is the best keyboard in the whole world! Bought and returned 5 others. I type 70 hours a week. This is the only keyboard I would ever recommend to anyone!

This is a good ergo keyboard for the price. The only aspect that is really, really annoying is the arrangement of the 4 arrow keys (LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN)-- the separate arrow keys that are not embedded in the number pad. The arrow keys are unusually small, and the arrangement is weired. It's very hard to get used to them. I think MS made it that way because there's not much space. The arrow key arrangement sometimes makes me regret the purchase although I like its ergo feature very much. I'd pay for extra $ to improve this key arrangement or have the usual arrow key arrangement at the expense of the separate number pad. Maybe it's just me. Try those keys first before buying this. If you don't get bothered by that, it's a good keyboard to buy.

Despite the fact that it's made by the loathsome Microsoft, this keyboard is actually fairly nice to use, with two exceptions:

1) The arrow keys suck. As in, they are impossibly small, cramped and therefore uncomfortable to use. If you really need arrow keys, you might want to skip this one.

2) Why, in this day and age of computing, is there a numeric keypad on the right hand side of the keyboard? Does anyone actually want to use a numeric keypad? There are guides on the Internet for removing this, but c'mon. That's just a waste of space that I have to travel over to get to my mouse, causing extra arm strain.
