We've had 3 of these for 3 years to swap out for our child and it has worked great. Each week we wash one, we leave one at the pre-school for nap time, and we have one in reserve. He has slept with it since he was an infant and it is his most loved stuffy. He particularly likes flopping the ears when he is upset. The dog has washed clean every time, no matter how nasty the stuff is that gets on it.

I bought the first one for my son about a year and a half ago and since bought a second one for a spare. My son got attached to the "puppy", he takes it everywhere and sleeps with both of them in the crib - now he is 29 months. We also have a lamb, but he shows very clear preference for the blue puppy. Both puppies get washed every week and still holding well. Would absolutely recommend.

now "puppy" is a part of our bedtime routine. After bath time our toddler (almost 2)goes straight to get puppy, he hugs it, says awwww, and is ready for bed. When we first recieved this gift I was not impressed neither was our son. It went without a second look for months then all of sudden our son was taking him everywhere and wouldn't sleep without him. We have washed him numerous times and he's held up nicely and is still very soft. I came on here to get a second one in case something happens to it.

Our little boy just turned seven, and he still sleeps with "Blue Puppy" every night.
He has never carried it around with him - it stays on the bed all day - he just can't sleep without it at night. We joke that he's going to take it to college with him about 10 years from now.
It's been through the wash about 100 times over the years, and still looks good as new. We buy a "blue puppy" (or the pink one, or the lamb) as a gift for every baby shower my wife goes to. |

My daughter inherited her cousin's "doggy" and has been sleeping with it since she was 4 months old. It helps her settle for sleep very quickly as she loves to cuddle up to it. It is made of a nice, soft furry material with satin paws. She is now 16 moths old and it has become her security blanket and she takes "doggy" everywhere with her. Thankfully it washes well and dries so quickly that she is never without it for long. With another baby on the way, I am definitely buying another one, since my daughter would probably not be willing to share hers!

This blue dog is my 6-month-old's favorite toy. She will be wailing and when the dog shows up, she lights up and reaches for it. When she's having trouble falling asleep, I give her the dog and she falls asleep with it on top of her (I remove it after she falls asleep). It's machine washable and dryable and the same size she is. I couldn't recommend this product more, and will be buying more for other friends who are pregnant or have little ones.
