| I bought this video from Grand Master Hampton a few years ago when he visited our school in Indiana. Master Hampton builds the techniques from the ground up, which gives the viewer a chance to perfect each part of the self defense technique. He is straight forward in his presentation and execution of this DVD. This is a DVD aimed for people wanting to learn easy effective self defense that have little or no knowledge of the martial arts. Basically one of the most effective self defense videos on the market right now in my opinion. | |

| This is an instructional video: the techniques are very simple and easy to follow at home even if you have absolutely no martial arts experience. This will turn you off if you're looking for a video for entertainment only. Most martial arts videos know that flashy techniques sell, but are really not training videos from the standpoint of someone who is new to the art, or inexperienced in martial arts. These are practical techniques for which you are intended to practice repeatedly, over and over, until they become second nature. People who are serious about practical self-defense will appreciate this video. | |
