Lasted 32 months (I looked up the shipping invoice from amazon when it died this evening) before the usb connector inside the unit finally gave out. Up to that, though, it worked reasonably well and the ability to pop the unit out of its mount and bring it along traveling.

Pictured item is not what you get in the mail. Item I received was a shiny black 12 in 1 reader with a flimsy magnet base to stabilize the reader on hard surfaces. It works great but didn't receive the exact item in the picture.

This is the only card reader I've ever had that I didn't like. It was always hard to get the cards in and usually took several tries before I could get them in straight. I finally gave it away and got a Kingston which works far better and is a lot cheaper.

Solved multiple challenges between office & home due to different cameras, media cards, etc. All my users with able to use with little to no assistance and all users loved it. Users include ages of 41, 25, 18, 15, & 13. All demographics with various knowlegde levels were able to easily use.
