I had sleeping problem when I was in 5 months. I couldn't sleep because of the back pain. I purchased this pillow when I was in 6 months. The pillow is very good, when I slept on one side, the other side of the pillow will support my back. I'm so regret that I don't buy it earlier. It would be even better if it had included extra pillow case (not white color).

I bought this for my pregnant wife. She's been using it, and it's helped her sleep as we've moved into our third trimester of pregnancy. (And by "we", I really mean "her", since I'm not actually pregnant, being a man.)
It's comfortable and supportive. While it won't 100% cure pregnancy insomnia, it does help and give her plenty of support wherever she moves. The only downside is that the pillow is so large it make snuggling difficult.
I sleep better on my back, but (as I learned) sleeping on your back while you're pregnant is a no-no. I was having trouble sleeping on my side. Regular pillows weren't cutting it. I kept waking up on my back, apparently I'd just roll over and sleep on top of them. This pillow is large enough that it makes rolling on top of it very difficult. Since I started sleeping with this pillow, I have only woken up on my back twice.
There are a few things about it that I'd change:
1. The seam around the neck area (the U-bend) is very taut and digs into my shoulders/neck.
2. It is LARGE. If you don't have a large bed, there may not be very much room for your significant other.
3. It is HOT! I used to be chilly all the time, but now that I have a little heater in my belly I don't need a lot of extra insulation. I can't sleep with anything more than a light sheet when I sleep with this pillow (sometimes not even that).
Overall, it is great pillow that gives you support on both sides of your body. I would recommend this pillow to any pregnant woman who is having trouble sleeping on her side.

Keep in mind that I sleep in a celebrity tempurpedic bed every night and with pregnancy it didn't quite give enough/wasnt soft enough so I thought I'd go find a giant pillow to support me a bit more.
The leachco Back 'n belly really is so incredible. It cradles your entire body and is perfect for reading on your side while perching the paper back in your hands. It works great for sitting up in bed and giving a little extra support *AND* makes any full size couch COMFORTABLE to sleep in. Unending possibilities in regards to configuration (even comes with a guide)...WONDERFUL!
Every time I leave the bedroom, one of my chihuahuas has take residency in the little shoulder well...or my husband is snuggled into it.
GOOD TO KNOW: The pillow is *really* large and it does come with a very light cover...so keep in mind that you may want to purchase another cover in a darker colour or make your own (which I will be doing).
I will have one of these for the rest of my life its THAT good.

Could use a little more stuffing, other than that it's a great product. I have heard from friends that the regular Snoogle doesn't work well for people that are taller. Also I like having the additional back support. I still tend to roll over onto it - but it helps.

I received this pillow yesterday and I was in comfy heaven! It is larger but it is way less bulky than trying to use 4 pillows to do what this guy does. It is not made especially for taller gals (I'm 5'9") as the curve doesn't hit where my growing belly is, but it makes back sleepers able to sleep on their sides with more comfort and ease and it gives you a cocoon feeling as well. If you do end up on your back you don't feel as guilty when you do as it props you up a bit. It is easy to get "into" and has just enough firmness for your head. I am so happy I bought it.
