Other reviewers have already said it, so I'll keep it short and say it with stars. This nailer is high quality and an excellent product. I don't have experience with other nailers for comparison, but I would recommend this one without hesitation.

This was purchased after some research. This gun does what it was built for. The air blower comes in handy although a large hand will tend to activate it accidentally.I like the size compared to other guns(sleeker). All in all a good purchase

I have used this nail gun while working installing hardwood flooring. My boss has one and it has been the best, most reliable 15 gauge nail gun I have ever used!
I had a Ridgid 15 gauge nail gun. It was good except the magazine is some sort of plastic and would distort. The "follower" that pushes the nails into the firing chaMber would slip off the nails and jam between the nails and the magazine slides. Definitely not acceptable.
I sold that Ridgid gun and bought this Hitachi (on sale on Amazon at the time for $125.00).
I am so glad I got this Hitachi nail gun!!!! I don't have the problems I had with the Ridgid. Mostly because this Hitachi is mostly metal not the ridiculous plastic being used by most manufacturers today (even Hitachi in their other, cheaper, line of nail guns).
I love the duster button to clear out the work area quickly. The power is wonderful! It easily drives 2" to 2 1/2" finish nails into hardwood flooring. The countersink adjustment is easy. The quick release for jams is just exactly that, Quick! The firing selector (from select to "Bump" fire) is a simple flick of a lever. The nail gun has all the features you would want for a professional grade tool and the incredible reliability to go along with it. I know it lasts also as my bosses gun is now over three years old, being used every day, without any tune-up or seal replacement and still going strong!
Definitely buy this nail gun and forget the cheaper stuff out there. Get this model before Hitachi stops making it and focusing only on the cheap plastic nail gun line they seem to be developing.

I have purchased three differant Hitachi air nailers. I have also purchased four other differant brand nailers and Hitachi beats them all. Light weight, powerfull, and reliable. You can't go wrong.

This is such a nice finish nailer. It was the most recommended and I totaly agree. Still love using it.
