| While I thought this book was a bit 'mature' and a little 'new-agey', and I don't mean that in a condescending way, it was a great read. It's about people who are on the brink of change and then push their way through it. It is sometimes heartbreaking to read, but can make you stronger. I think most people can get something out of it, if you keep with it throughout the book, as it's a pretty in-debth and long read. All in all, it's a good one. I'd recommend it, along with How to Break Your Addiction to a Person. |
