I don't give 5 star reviews very often, so you know that I absolutely love this watch. I've been primarily the utilitarian sort in the past, and I should be at least somewhat embarrassed to note that I've owned more than my share of calculator watches in the past. But I decided it was time to grow up and throw something on my wrist that's not only functional (well, at least for time-telling) and also attractive. With this Skagen watch, I succeeded. I have gotten many compliments on it from friends of both genders. The blue color is indeed a stunning dark blue that goes well with most anything I'm wearing (from casual to a suit). And -- more importantly -- it feels great on my wrist, even when I've been sweating, even when it gets splashed with water, etc. The band was easy to adjust, and the watch feels snug without being constricting. Oh, and this watch is hardy, too. I've banged it against a gym locker, dropped it on the floor, and probably more that I'm overlooking (sorry fella!). The case now has but a few tiny, almost imperceptible scratches on it. One last note: It seems that pricing varies substantially on this watch, even on Amazon itself, so do your comparison homework ;-).

Nice watch, but the face cracked all the way across on my first day wearing it. I was at the mall with my wife and baby, so I don't think there was any impact that should've been an issue for the "super hardened" crystal. The features on the watch are nice, but I'm obviously disappointed with the durability.

I've had this watch for over a year now. Have received numerous compliments from friends, it tends to get catch their attention to the point where they enquire what make it is and where it was purchased from etc :) The watch face is not big, the strap is actually on the narrow side which might not suit guys with larger arms :) This one doesn't have a seconds' indicator and is completely silent in operation. It also doesn't have a date indicator either. Incidentally the model I saw which did have the date was a bit bigger and had a wider strap. Verdict on this is that its a very sleek watch, the blue dial is really cool and the black thin mesh strap looks good and is comfortable.

So far I'm delighted with this watch. I prefer lightweight and compact wrist watches in contrast to the bulky and heavy watches available on the market. The Skagen Men's Titanium Black Mesh Watch is lightweight, slim, comfortable and very elegant in appearance. This watch is perfect for my wrist at work, at play or for a night on the town. Now I need to see how the after-sales service goes. A new strap or a battery might be needed. Then what? Mens Skagen 233ltmn

I've never owned a Skagen watch before, and I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of the watch. I get plenty of comments regarding its sleekness and look, and it does look good. It's nice and light, and once you get used to the clasp it becomes second-nature. One thing I would point out is that those with light complexions may be well served to look at one of the non-fully-black Skagen models...it may look a bit better.

Just echoing what lots of others have said. Love the dial, thinness, lightness, style of this Skagen watch. Only watch I've had where people actually comment on it. The deep blue color is beautiful, it keeps good time, and it's very comfortable. But, oh, the strap! Yes it's cool looking, yes it's light and comfortable and stays on tight, but the black metal clasp has now lost its black color and has started to fade, what with it being steel. And now the actual strap itself seems to be losing its black pigmentation too (even though I thought the mesh part was titanium too). This is such a shame because the rest of the watch is perfect, and I still love the design of the strap, just not so much its practibility or potential durability.

This is a striking watch: slim, unusual enough to be eye-catching, but almost in an understated way. Love the band. Keeps good time, although it stopped once for 20 minutes when I first got it (perhaps didn't have stem fully engaged? Hasn't happened since). Stylish enough for dress, inexpensive enough for play. Especially in today's market, who could ask for more?!!

I bought watch for 80$ about a year ago. I must say this is an amazing deal for a titanium watch which usually retail for $300+ from other brands. Positives: -Titanium, which is stronger and a lot lighter than steel. -Attractive, but I was surprised that not all who saw it were impressed. -feels very tough -mesh titanium band, which is flexible light and durable -light as a feather, sometimes I don't know I'm wearing it (litteraly) -low price Negatives: -Will it last? -clasp is riduculas in case of expanding and shortening, I still can't tighten the clasp to my arm's fit. -some people may not like its looks overall very good deal on a light weight titanium good looking watch
