| This is my first Leslie Sansone workout video. I always thought the Walk Away the Pounds series were more for beginner exercisers, but after reading the reviews here, I decided to give this a try. It's so simple and basic, yet it makes you sweat and gets your heart rate going. I can see how this might get boring after a while, but what exercise routine doesn't? The music is a little "80s aerobic class", but I love that it's 30 minutes; you don't need a lot of room; and it goes by quickly. Cardio is not my favorite thing in the world, but this workout makes it tolerable. |

I own about 13 WATP dvds and this one ranks high for me. For one, I like the intensity and two its short...a little over 30 minutes and you've walked 2.5 miles...NICE!
Walk & Jog is a great one to use as a combo with one of her other workouts. I tend to do this with the Walk & Kick. If you don't already own it, you really should add it to your WATP collection!! |

| I have several videos from Leslie and just love her walking program. I liked the video, it seemed the 30 minutes just flew by and I did break a good sweat. However, I think her 4 miles Super Challenge was a harder workout than this video. The transitions from one movement to the other were not as smooth as with some of her other videos. |

| This is quite a good workout it takes about 30 minutes and it is the equivelant of a 2.5 mile walk which is not bad. This workout is great if you have limited time to exercise as it really gets your heart rate up and gets you sweating you really feel as if you have had a workout. I would definitely recommend this one. |

| Well I bought this dvd thinking I was ready for it since Ive been doing the 1 and 2 mile walk for the last month, but news flash... Im not quite ready for it just yet, it was a little to challenging for me, I think I need to work my way up to it first, so if you're ready for a challenge and can hang, this is it for you my friend....Its most definatley the point, pretty soon I will tackle this one to! And thats why I gave it the 5 golden stars ;) |

| This is excellent. Do 3-4 times a week, be mindful of your fat and caloric intake, & you will definitely lose the weight and get on the right track to good health with this video. I love Leslie Sansone! |

| I have several of Leslie Sansones videos, and I really like this 30 minute DVD. It's a good work out for 30 minutes and I like having the interval training segments. If you like exercising at home, like I do, this is a good one to add to your collection. |

I really enjoy this walking and jogging dvd. The intervals are great. It is a great workout when you are short on time and still want to make the time you invest in your workout to count.
I have a library of Leslie's videos and this one is definetly one of her good ones. Short but sweet! |

| A pretty strong workout. Leslie does interval training with this workout. She starts with a slow walk and works her way into a jog both moving and stationary and back to a walk. The only thing I didn't like about this one is instead of just jogging during that interval she does kicks and leg swings. I would have just loved to jog more and I find it kind of hard to transition into those moves after the jog motion. If you have any kinds of knee problems I would not recomend the higher impact of this one.. |

| I would give this 4.5 stars if that were an option. This workout would be great for people not used to working out. I got it because I was looking for something to supplement my other cardio and weight training workouts. It is a little too basic for me, but if you get a tape that is supposed to be just walking/jogging, what do you expect? The instructor is not annoying and cues well. The background is nice and soothing. My only real problem with the workout is that there is NO warm up or cool down stretching. Besides that, I recommend the workout. I will keep it in the mix on days I don't have much energy to do my other workouts or may even put it on while watching TV. |
