| It fell apart within days ... it makes a grinding noise, wobbles and not at all steady. I called up the Customer Service, but the solutions they provided were temporary (worked for 2 min, then the noise started again !!). There is some serious design flaw in this product. I have used ellipticals many other places, but this one is the worst among the lot. Not worth buying !!! | |

| It was a pain to assemble b/c nuts were missing and once assembled, it shakes while in use, I can't even use the arms b/c it wobbles from side to side and no matter how much I tighten the screws it still shakes. In a word it sucks! I was forced to buy it b/c it was the only thing I could afford at the time. | |

| I made a wise choice purchasing the body flex elliptical trainer. It's a great value for the money and easy to assemble. I now exercise on a regular basis. I love it. | |
