I sent this as a gift. The recipient was very happy and said the cheese was excellent. Usually these "gourment" gifts have more packaging than food, but not the case here. Two full pounds of cheese. I found it to be a decent value at about $16.00 per pound. This company offers different cheese "families" like Italian, English, French, etc.
