I bought this scale in hopes of just having an accurate, reliable scale to weigh myself as I started my exercise regime. Initially the scale was fine as I checked my weight at the gym locker room (using an old fashioned sliding scale) and my electronic Weight Watchers Scale. Everything was fine and I continued to use my Weight Watchers scale explicitly for my weight readings. At the 1 month mark, I had not lost any weight according to my Weight Watchers scale but at the gym locker room, I weighed 5 pounds lighter than normal. Knowing that weight can fluctuate +/- 4 pounds a day, I assumed it was no big deal. After continual usage of my scale, I started to gain weight while maintaining my exercise program. I soon found out that my scale was indeed adding weight as I had lost nearly 9 pounds according to the sliding scale at the gym.
After this I tried two things, I tried to recalibrate the scale and I tried to change out the batteries. Unfortunately, there is no way of calibrating this thing except by taking out the batteries and hoping for a miraculous reset. This did not happen in my case. I replaced the batteries with 2 sets of fresh batteries, neither resulting in a steady or accurate weight. I do not recommend this product for extended and consistent use.
Since then I have bought a Omron Body Fat Monitor and Scale for $40, and I couldn't be happier. I have been using it for around 90 days and using the guide in the instruction manual to produce the most consistent and stable results, my weight has been VERY accurate. I also have the 1/7/30/90 day tracker to see my weight, BMI body fat %, visceral fat %, muscle %, and supposed body age. I am very happy keeping track of my progress as I strive to lose weight. The only complaint is that my body age started 30 years above my age but now has slowly gone down to 20 years above. I feel more healthy and fit but the machine tells me I'm still an old man (which I am not). All in all, I'd say if you're going to spend $40 on a scale, get a scale that doesn't have a significant and repeatable ratings of 1 star, it's just not worth the hassle and return.

I hate to admit it but when I began dieting in earnest I had trouble reading my nice big analog scale. All those little lines looked the same and I couldn't tell if I'd lost 0 lbs. or 3 lbs.
This scale has nice large, easy to read numbers. When I weigh myself in clothes before going to the doc it is comparable within fractions of a pound. I like the memory. I forget unless I write it down, and now the scale does it for me. |

I never was one for weighing myself regularly, but had lost some weight and wanted to stay on track. I was looking for a digital scale with a memory. After reading through many reviews on Amazon for many different scales a couple months ago, I chose the WW Memory Glass Electronic Scale. It's exactly what I was looking for. It's set up for a 4-person memory so I set my first weight on it and my goal. When I weigh in, I tap a button that stores my info, get on and it gives my current weight, the difference from the previous weight and lbs to the goal. I like the big numbers and blue back light. It disappears and my weight is confidential to the next person using the scale. Anyone can weigh by simply tapping with the toe. It's accurate to the tenth. The scale is good looking, the clear glass is thick and feels good.
Now I can't be without it! We're leaving for several months and am taking it with me. It does keep me accountable for my eating habits and has made a difference. |

This is a great scale and very accurate.
The design is very elegant and unique.
I bought the first one for me and I liked it so much.
Then I bought the second one for my parents.
It's very stable and good for big guys like me. |

Wow. I never thought I'd ever be excited about a scale before. This scale makes it a pleasure to weigh myself. It is the best looking scale I've ever seen. It is a sturdy piece of equipment. Very solid and does not have that cheap feel to it. It's multi functions are unique and quickly become essential. Unable to find these functions on any other scale.
If you are shopping for a scale and comparing models, stop here. I'll save you some wasted time looking. Buy this scale and become as thrilled as we are. I need to also say that i purchased this on a Thursday and it was delivered to me by Amazon.com on Friday. Shipping could not be any better. Love, love , love Amazon!!! Fantastic customer service. |

| How can you ever love your scale? But this is a great scale with large numbers that gives you pounds and ounces. It helps me to regulate my weight and reach my personal health and fitness goals. Not to mention the fact that it looks cool. It has a very modern look to it. I would recommend this scale to my friends. |
