The scale arrived in perfect condition. Assembly took about 5 minutes with no problems at all. We are finally able to know what we weigh without worrying about whether the batteries are low or we are standing in the same place. This is a great product!

After years of using a dial type scale, I got tired of squinting to read results and needing to constantly adjust the zero point. I wanted something consistently accurate. This scale is well-made, easy to calibrate, and easy to read. It does not have the wild fluctations associated with the usual household scale. The price is attractive and easily what I have spent on unsatisfactory "bathroom" scales! Very pleased!

My purchase arrived in a matter of days and was in excellent shape. I had a minor problem with assembly but a quick call to the company rectified the problem. It is an item I have wanted for many years and I couldn't be happier with it.

I was a bit concerned about the very few reviews that talked about getting their scales in damaged packages. Also, some folks talked about the scale being hard to put together. All I can say is that my experience was excellent. The scale arrived very quickly, so there was no problem there. The box was in good condition, and I certainly didn't feel like it was something that had been refurbished, etc. Seems brand new and was in great condition.

Putting it together was simple, so there isn't a whole lot of need for extra instructions. I'm quite sure what some folks were complaining about, but I guess maybe for some it did not seem as intuitive. However, you do need a spot or kitchen table where you can lay down the top part. All that has to be done then is a little hook down the center (from the top part) is hooked into a small circle on the base. Then four screws need to be bolted. Really, it's quite simple.

And from what I can tell, it is accurate. It made us a pound lighter than the digital scale makes us, and that's a Health---meter too. But, the digital scale before that made us five pounds lighter--it's a missed scale.

All in all, great product. I feel like I'm actually getting an accurate reading now.

NO more jockeying the scale based on the floor or your position. A solid scale and we love the measuring rod to watch our kids grow (better than marking the wall), although the rod sticks some and could operate more smoothly.

This scale is PERFECT for me...ACCURATE ACCURATE ACCURATE - which is what I was looking for. My scale that I HAD before varied in weight - depending on where I shoved it with my foot after I weighed myself and DIDn't like the result...I would nudge it a few inches and the number was at least two or three pounds changed!! THIS scale is just like in my doctor's office, and a DREAM!! PLUS, I am in Amazon.com PRIME - and my shipping was FREE!
