I bought this item just to get free shipping, but have used it many times -- I can keep my phone charged even while it is being used during a long drive while using the GPS navigation feature on my phone! It was a great bargin!

Rather odd shape but it works great. It's a bit bulkier than my other car chargers.

The first charger sent to me was a cheap crappy one that didn't work. After the company found out they sent me 2 new ones from cingular, yet it looks nothing like the original one I already have from cingular. They seem to work, but I'm not sure how good yet or even if they drain the battery rather than charging...I'm sorta scared to find out-in fear of ruining my phone. I'll just buy direct from cingular next time. Just remember, you get what you paid for in this case.

sure there is not much to a car charger but I have had this thing for 2 summers in the desert and I leave it in my car (over 150 degrees F. inside) the wire is pulling apart a little at the end but other than that it's perfect
