this is my second voyager 510. I like the style, as I kept loosing the other ones, this one is bulky and I have not lost it yet. Sound is good, especially in a vehicle. Power on/off button is a little funky.

I have now owned this headset four times over. The first two were lost and the third actually did break, but I did not hesitate to buy another...I doubt that you can find a better headset for the money.

Best of all, the one that I just received contained a new set of earbuds, one of which is a new shape that actually fits my ear snugly. The poor fit of prior models was never that much of an issue, but this new version makes it a complete non-issue, at least for me. With three earbud sizes/styles included in the package, most users should be able to find one that fits well.

Sound quality is just fine for me and seems to be for those on the other end...rarely am I asked to repeat something or told that the sound quality is poor. (Compared to the sound quality problems I've witnessed with headsets owned by many of my friends, this one is near-perfect.) I've had no problems pairing it with the Blackberry Curve, iPhone, and even my Dell laptop. (From what I've read, it will remember connections to up to two different devices.)

At this point, the only downside I can think of is that the charger is unique to this device. I wish they'd change it to USB.

A great overall choice.

I do not know anything about bluetooth headsets, except that it is illegal to talk on your cell phone while driving here in Chicago without one. So, I bought this one based on other customers' reviews and I really like it. Its easy to use, has great sound quality (i.e. I hear people perfectly, and they hear me perfectly). In fact, people tell me they can't even tell that I'm talking on a headset or that I'm in a moving car. The sound quality is great and there is little to no background noise transmitted. No echoing, no static, no cutting in and out. This does exactly what I need it to do and it appears to be sturdy and well made. Hope that helps!

We discovered this terrific product after months of trying other units. I had a Samsung that worked pretty good but the plastic ear hooks broke off almost immediately. I bought an Emerson at a discount store. It worked pretty good but I lost it. Later, my parents decided to buy me a Bluetooth and asked me to pick one out. We had heard good reports on the Motorola models sold by Amazon, but decided to go with the Plantronics. It looks good and works very well. It stays on my ear! It excels whenever there is background noise and it pairs well with my Motorola KRZR phone. Sometimes it will lose connection if I cover over the phone with my hand or arm. People on the other end of the conversation say that it's clear and free of static or noises most of the time. I was using a Motorola hands-free type Bluetooth in my car, but the quality was lousy. If you get out of range with the 510, it will automatically re-connect to the cell phone if you don't wait too long. My dad ended up buying all of us the Plantronics Voyager 510 and we are satisfied. I recommend the 510 to anyone who needs a good unit for a fair price.

I read all these reviews for this earpiece and had great hopes for it. the LG I tried a couple of years ago had really poor sound quality and was very uncomfortable, so I've stayed away from bluetooth headsets. When I read the reviews on the 510 I thought this has got to be better. Well while the headset is very comfortable, the sound is very muffled. I'm returning mine. If you decide to order one I hope you have better luck.
