using this product for quite a bit now. fantastic sound quality even with youtube not so good audio output it gives wonderful performance..must buy if one is looking for cheap and awesome product.

I thought the microphone quality was really horrible after about a month. It was still under warranty, so it was exchanged. They actually paid for the shipping both ways. That was the good news. The bad news is that the new replacement headset I received had only slightly better microphone quality. A little digging revealed that my Realtek audio driver has a separate microphone volume control accessible from the Control Panel. I highly recommend this headset.

I use it for making phone calls with Skype. Was easy to install on a Vista PC and works well. Very long cord.

While this is a fairly cheap, very comfortable headset with decent audio quality, I got complaints from the other end of my video chats re the microphone quality. My biggest complaint: shortly after purchase, a tug on the cord completely broke the internal connections, rendering the headset useless.

For the price, this product is excellent. I use it often. I would recomend it to anyone who needs a USB headset. I use it with Skype and to listen to dvds.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The sound quality is great, it's comfortable around my ears and it's great for Skype (that's what I bought it for).
