| I am not one for wires on any headset. We tried other wireless headsets and either the battery did not last, or the headset was flimsy or it would lose connection with the mp3. This one is consistent, comfortable and very reliable. Plus the battery lasts for quite a long time. |

As other people have said, the headphones are a bit too heavy on the ears. After 3 weeks the crack in the headband started, after 2 months the crack is so big the headphones stopped working. I will try returning them for a replacement but I don't see why, as the design just isn't very smart with the headband cracking in the only place that is under stress. They should have reinforced that one spot.
It's a shame as the sound was really top notch and I used to be able to connect them to my ipod and leave it in my bag, or connect to my PC via 'bluetooth advanced audio' and not disturb my wife while I'm killing zombies in Half-Life 2. |

| I'm wondering if other reviewers that had the band break on them wore the headphones with the band going around the top of their head. I've been wearing them with the band behind my head just off my shoulders. Gives the most comfortable fit and sound quality- I think it may be how they are designed to fit. The headphones work very well too. For those considering buying these, it will help if you don't have a big ole man head like Barry Bonds. Should work well for women and average sized men when worn with the band behind the neck. Rock on! |

I don't know why so many people have a problem with these. They have worked perfectly for me. I've had mine since June 2006, and they work great. The sound quality is very good, and the range is very good. I've used them up to about 20 feet away and still had clear sound.
I've also never had a problem with cracking. With a 7 3/4 head, it definitely gets some stress, but no sign of cracking at all.
The only problem I have with these is the weight. After wearing them for a while, you definitely feel it. That's the only thing keeping me from using these every day. If I'm going to be listening for a long time, I'll use my earbuds. But if I'm keeping it to around an hour or so, the Logitech headphones work just fine.
As soon as we get some ultralight stereo bluetooth earbuds, I'll switch, but until that day, these work just fine. I think I've more than gotten my money's worth. |

The headband on these is poorly designed. Unless you have a very small head, they are uncomfortably tight. They are also fragile - in spite of being very careful with them (I wear them only at my computer), the band developed a small crack within a month of purchase, exactly in the middle of the band. 3 months later, it was cracked far enough to break the wires, and they stopped working.
I called Logitech support and described my problem. They immediately offered to replace them, and by simply sending the broken ones back I will receive a new set. Since these are discontinued, Logitech is sending me a set of the Freepulse headphones (metal headband, no more cracking plastic).
Logitech Support's phone number has changed from what is posted in earlier reviews, is now 646-454-3200. |

| really nice concept and worked great as long as you are very careful not to break them...the neck piece snaps very easily but no problems and sounds great. |
