| I have a Brother 7020 printer here at home and we have four similar models at the office as well as a Brother fax. This TN350 black toner cartridge works in all of those machines.br /br /I know "remanufactured" cartridges are popular, but I've never been entirely satisfied with them in the past. They don't seem to last as long and the print quality is just not up to my standards. I've had a variety of problems with third-party cartridges. BUT NOT THIS ONE!br /br /Toner cartridges is one item I don't skimp on. This particular piece is a genuine Brother cartridge and every one I've purchased over the last 4 or 5 years has been flawless and absolutely trouble free as well as very long lasting.br /br /And Amazon's price and speedy delivery on these cartridges just can't be beat!br /br /I recommend this item without hesitation. |

| For years I was a slave to Ink Jet Printers. When one would die I would dutifully go out and buy another. I would feed them an endless stream of fresh cartridges. They were never satisfied. My last Ink Jet got so surly it refused to acknowledge a fresh cartridge, insisting that it was empty. It was a battle of wills that lasted for days. The printer won.br /br /What to do now? Buy it another cartridge it may or may not reject? Buy another new printer and start the hellish cycle all over again? Or...or try something new? br /br /Ah, yes! Laser Printers!!! br /A friend had recommended Laser in the past, but I had balked at the price of the cartridge.br /I decided to give it a shot. Heck, it couldn't be any worse the Ink Jets.br /br /Now, after more than a year with my little work horse Brother HL-2040 Monochrome Laser Printer, I am a true believer and convert. These cartridges last forever (well, almost...first one lasted nearly a year! Compared to those little Ink Jet stinkers that is forever!)br /br /So the moral is: Save time, money, and your sanity with Laser Printer Cartridges.br /br /P.S. Even with shipping, Amazon has the best price, too. |

I get 800 to 1100 extra copies from each cartridge.
After the "Toner Life End" message appears, it refuses to print even one more copy. Offensive...until you show it who's in charge.
Remove the cartridge and find 2 clear plastic port holes, one on each side. The printer shines a light through these to decide when to shut you off. But it's too sudden and too early.
Cover one or both windows with a small piece of masking tape. I get about 3400 copies per cartridge instead of 2400.
I really like Brother printers now that I have taught them some manners. |

This is about $30 less than the big chains and makes buying the generic Chinese versions redundant. I have tried those, the print quality is lower, they don't last as long, some leak. This is only a few dollars more and well worth it. Since it's a new, factory cart it can be refilled at least once, two times if you don't mind spots on your prints starting near 1/2 through the 2nd refill.

| The Brother HL-2040 printer that I purchased from Amazon.com has given me trouble-free performance. By using a laser printer, its toner cartridges pay for themselves when compared to the ink cartridges for an ink-jet printer. The Brother black laser cartridge is about $10 more than a black ink-jet cartridge but it lasts about 4 times longer. That is why I print all of my black-and-white paperwork on my laser printer but only use the ink-jet printer for paper work that requires color, and for photos. |

| Original Replacement and worked out of the box. It is an original Brother toner in a brother packaging. I'd stay away from 3rd party replacement as they usually do not perform as well as the original. |

| Thie product was misrepresnted. The picture shows and OEM cartridte. There was no place in the ad that indcated that this was a rebuilt toner cartridge. The price was fair for a rebuilt toner cartridge, but this is not what I thought I was buying. |
