I purchased this product for my Delphi Myfi XM2GO to replace the non-operational home charging kit that originally came with the Myfi. The Altec Lansing XM3020 is a great alternative to simply replacing the home charging kit, since it was roughly the same price and also provides the added bonus of decent speakers for a small area. The speakers are certainly not over-powering, but provide nice sound for a bedroom or home office. I also like the fact that there is a headphone jack, since I like to listen to XM at night when my wife is sleeping. The unit is also fairly compact, is easy to set-up, and is not visually unappealing.
The only feature I think it is missing is a power on/off switch. I find that I need to power off my radio to turn the speakers off.

I bought this product several years ago, and have used it at home and the office. I have used the adapters for 2 different XM2GO recievers. The sound is EXCELLENT, and I am fussy. It does not sound, of course, like a 1000watt top of the line home stereo, but that's to be expected since it is only about a foot wide, 4 inches tall and about 6 inches deep. I think it sounds best in an office, where the level is very low to low. It has a very pleasing balance of lows to highs, thanks to the bass port in the back of the unit. If you place the unit in a corner on your desk, the bass port does its best work. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to ANYONE, especially for the low price you can get it here on Amazon.

The top volume setting is way too quiet. I work with an oven close to me, and can barely hear the radio when it's turned up. Speakers put out a constant faint buzz also. Not very good quality!

I have a MiFi device and this XM3020 docking / speaker system is super nice for my application. I have it in my bedroom so I dont need it to be LOUD. It can get a little bit loud but it isnt designed to be a rockin device. I listen to it as I either go to sleep or in the morning. I sometimes use headphones and sometimes I dont. Both applications work very well. My only drawback is I wish it had a sleep timer mechanism on it.

I actually already had one of these and I liked it so much that I bought another one to use out in my garage for the convenience of just being able to take my XM MyFi receiver from the dock in the house and pop it in the dock in my garage.
The sound quality and features are incredible and it even comes with an outdoor antenna with 20 feet of coax. Don't miss the chance to get one before they are no longer available.
