Having played earlier games of The Need for Speed seris this is by far one of the best. It gives purpouse to runing from the police as to it just happing. Who dosen't ever feel like running from them from time to time. At least here you can with out all the real hassel. The races are good but can get frustrating sometimes. The placement of short cuts are done well. I also own this for the PS2 and this version is by far better and not just because of HD or graphics. Their are more objects on the road that can slow you down. The cops are more aggresive and use the box formation well. All in all its one of the best. Sometimes I will just sit down and see how long I can run from the police for fun.

this game was great i loved it there was some many cops. but it was really hard to beat. unlike need for speed carbon. need for speed carbn was to easy for me. so i would recommend this game if you want a harder game.
P.S. this game has so many cops at the end

Need For Speed Most Wanted was a major success. It is an awesome game and lots of fun. The single player is great and fun, and the multiplayer is also fun. This game is worth every cent.

If you've played Need for Speed before then you KNOW the Heart Pumping Adrenaline Rush you get when you're in the middle of a race and suddenly 4 cops cars slam into all of you out of nowhere, but you've bet your CAR on this race, you're racing for PINKS, so you have No choice, you'll race with the cops chasing you and WIN, or lose your car.
Need for Speed Most Wanted is STILL the best Racing game on the market, not because it's over-the-top in every way, but because everything in the game is DONE WELL; seamless graphics, Smart AI, awesome car customization, you name it, they've done and done it well.
The One negative thing against Need for Speed Most Wanted (and this might not matter to those who've never played Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit) is they left out the Police Chase feature.
In Past Need for Speeds you had the option of putting on a uniform and chasing down the speeders, a VERY fun aspect of the game. I haven't beaten Need for Speed Most Wanted yet, maybe I'll be able to do that after I beat it? (I doubt it.) But that's my only dig against Most Wanted, you don't get to chase the speeders. =p
Still the best choice on the market for Racing Games. We have Project Gotham Racing and it got boring after a few weeks, I've been playing Most Wanted for YEARS...

I have been playing this game for a few months now and I think that it rocks. The career mode is cool and it is fun to drive around the different cities while avoiding the cops for hours and hours of fun play. I recommend this game because its very fun and the graphics are incridible in HD.

A great game. One of the last great ones of the NFS lineup in my opinion. The graphics are awesome in HD. The game play is fairly decent too with a few obnoxious bugs, like invisible corners on walls for instance. The racing is fun with lots of variety in races and the options to tweak and upgrade your car are pretty abundant. The game is very fun, but can be very frustrating. If you're going to buy this game I recommend buying a spare controller just in case :)
