For the most part, I love this headset. Coming with both a wall charger and a battery-powered (AA) pocket charger is very convenient, especially for the relatively low price. The Headset itself works very well. The people I'm talking to have no trouble hearing me, and don't even realize I'm on a headset.

So far, it's worked out well. I don't have any trouble with it although some have said they can hear me better if I didn't use this piece. Nonetheless, it's doing what it's supposed to do - allow me to talk handfree, so there is no complain from me. The fit is comfortable enough for me to carry on a long conversation (1.5 hour conference calls, for example).

This is a good product. It stays in the ear well. It comes with a lot of extras and a awsome storing case to hold it all. One extra is a slick portable charger that fits to the bottom of the ear piece craddle and the whole thing with all pieces attached looke like a roller ball pen in your shirt pocket clip and all. 3 different size ear pieces. Several charger addapters so you can use your phone charger with out using so many chargers. It does come with a ac charger also. very classey.
The good... Good sound, and comfortable in the ear and very easy to use.
The bad... 1 hour of talk time. You cannot simply buy another power adapter for the earpiece, you have to buy that and the little plastic cylinder to have another charger.
AND one question for all the manufacturers, other than Motorola. "Have you ever heard of USB/Mini USB?". I am sure we are all sick to the teeth of buying new cell phones and earpieces, only to find that the manufacturers, in an effort to extend their revenue streams, have created another completely different power connector.
Bottom line, don't buy this, buy something with a decent battery life and a mini USB connector for power.
The sound quality of this unit is good enough for my needs, though the volume does not go as low as I'd like sometimes when the other party is very loud.
My major gripe is that with the proper sized earpiece, the unit rotates so that it hangs straight down making my voice muffled to the other party. Adding the optional ear loop works OK but this setup tends to fall apart very easily. I think the reality is that for good stability you need the ear loop, but again, the thing tends to fall apart too easily (not break mind you but the earpiece falls off allowing the ear loop to also fall off).
I will look for a more stable solution in the future.
This blue tooth headpiece works great with my Samsung SCH-u740 (dual flip phone). The only issues I have is that it's battery life doesn't seem to be as long as I would like, and sometimes the reception is a little raspy. But all in all i would recommend it.
