We ended up sending this back because it did not shave my husband's neck very well. Other than this I think he thought it was ok.

I am pleased with the performance so far. I don't have to go over the same area numerous times to get a close shave and the shaver does not leave stray hairs behind that later have to be removed by the trimmer. The shaver also holds its charge for a much longer time than my previous shaver and has a handy indicator light that tells you when the charge is getting low.

This razor works very well. I have had a Braun for quite a number of years, but was unhappy with the last one as it did not last very long at all. This Remington actually shaves closer and faster than the Braun.

I received my Remington MS2-390 about a month ago. I use it every day. However, and, perhaps this is a unique instance, but they must have cut the toenails of a herd of elephants before shipping it out to me. This razor has 2 large cutters and should be able to easily cut my beard. The end result is it doesn't. I have to force this razor to cut. I probably should send it back, however, I am so sick and tired of receiving items that are less than advertised, that I either toss it or I put up with it. My question is, what has happened to quality control at our companies? The quality of our management, of our companies here in the U.S., has fallen precipitously. We all should demand that they bring back good quality control. And, by the way, these idiots are the ones taking home big pay checks and I want to ask WHY?

I had not previously been convinced that any electric shaver could equal that obtained with a conventional blade. In addition the low price made me even more dubious of its value; however I've been delighted with the Remington MS2-390. It is excellent and rivals blade shaving; I highly recommend it.
