| My son says this is the best razor he's used. He used the gillette sensor for many years and rates the nitro razor with a 10. Amazon beats the store prices by quite a few dollars. |

| The big difference between this one and the last M# Power is the color. Otherwise, still the best razor I've used. |

I am a wetshaver. That means that I take the shaving experience to it's ultimate ends. I belong to all the shaving forums. I went from throw away razors to double edge vintage and antique razors. These were fine shavers. I then progressed to straight razor shaving. EVERY MAN should know how to use a straight razor :) . I have a pretty large collection of "user" straight razors. I strop them, I hone them... I have a spine injury that creates spasms from the pain...at times...I would slash my face regularly...One day, running late as usual, I tried my Son's M3 razor with a several day growth of beard. Shaved one pass against the grain got a BBS shave.. This is WONDERFUL. It gets into the nostril area and any hard to shave places are easy for this. I have nicked myself ZERO times. It makes me complacent when I shave with this. It is that good. Blades last a long time, the motor is always on when I use this. I still prep my face with hot water, use many different brushes and a wide variety of soaps and creams. QED Wild Rose from a groupbuy on TheShaveDen.com is my fav. The rose scent is terrific and very uplifting. YES! I have a lot of creams and soaps..I still gravitate to this FO glycerin soap. I haven't told any of my buds on the DE or STRAIGHT RAZOR forums that I use an M3 EDC basis.. :) Tom |

"Night and day over a regular mach shaver." | 2008-04-10 |

| Huge improvement over a regular mach shaver. I use the regular mach blades instead of the newer more expensive ones and get a close comfortable shave every time. The older blades seem to last longer and the battery never seems to run out on this. |

| i am a headshaver and have been using the Sensor Excel for a while. It was cool but didn't cut as close as i would have liked and usually ended up using my electric razor to clean up what the Excel couldn't pick up. Then I tried the Headblade...!!! do yourself a favor and stay away from that one..!!!! COMPLETE BUTCHERY RIGHT THERE...!!!!!! I cut myself from the first day to the last (gave it a shot for about a month). after taking a extra month to heal, I finally decided to take a chance on the M3 and believe me I have been rescued..!!!! This tool is the BEST,the shave is smooth and quick and i havent cut myself once..!!! It shaves me so well that i dont even need to use my electric razor for clean-up purposes anymore!!! I especially love the vibrating action (which you CAN use in the shower)it feels as if you have the power of an eclectric razor in your hands. the only complaint that i have is that the lubricating strip on the blades don't last very long, which is a pain because the blades are not the cheapest price wise. aside from that i'd recommend this razor to any and everyone, ESPECIALLY head-shavers...!!!! |

"Good Idea but Bad Performance." | 2006-01-31 |

I shave once every two days and decided to try M3 Power Nitro (black). It attracted my attention by innovative idea of combining regular razor with electro-vibration, thus making a hybrid.
I'm not impressed with it at all! I don't like it for several reasons. Vibration actually is mostly reflected on a handle so I felt uncomfortable because it was making my hand too shaky and I'm 26 years old and not a drinker! It doesn't cause cuts or burns but it felt really annoying to my hand while shaving and even a few minutes later!
Due to a better lubricator-strip it glides better, softer than regular Mach3 but shaving performance is about the same. Handle grip is OK but a bit worse than regular Mach3 because it doesn't have fully rubberized handle bottom. It can be used with Mach3 cartridges, I tested and shaved. While shaving I was concerned about not getting wet its battery compartment.
I would rather use it as regular Mach3 razor, with vibration turned off, but would NOT buy another! Why pay more for a "fancy" but in fact useless/annoying vibration function if regular Mach3 does practically the same, if not better, job?!
