| For the price and the fact that it's 2 GB make up for the small imperfections that it has.br /A few things I want to point out.br /First this unit takes AAA batteries so over time buying those AAA batteries will add up.br /Second SanDisk Sansa m250 2 GB MP3 Player is not designed with a flat thin body. (I guess this is more of a personal preference.) br /Third the sound quality is not super high-end but I am guessing in reality that most people won't know the different unless they have a higher end player. br /You can check the other reviewers to note a few other imperfections that I didn't mention.br /If you can afford it I highly recommend getting the SanDisk Sansa Clip 2 GB MP3 Player.br /Sansa Clip 2 GB MP3 Player as of this writing is about $20 more than Sansa m250 2 GB MP3 Player but well worth it.br /To finish up let's get back to the Sansa m250 player and the price verses what you get makes it a really good value and that's why I give it a 5 stars. |

| Sandisk players are the best. I currently own 3 different units ranging in capacity from 512mb to 2gb. Loading the music is very easy and the playback quality is superb. The only drawback that I can see is that selecting a specific song for playback can be time consuming, but I usually just let them play randomly. Considering the low cost, the simplicity of use and the good sound quality, this unit is an exceptionally good choice. |

| The product is good but the arm bad that comes with it is not good when running because the player moves around. Also, the sound of the music is very low and not good. Overall not a bad player for the price, looks good, has radio and easy to put music on it. |

| This is my first MP3 player, so I do not have anything to compare it with, but I also had no idea how to use one, and have found it to be really user friendly.br / I read a lot of reviews because I wanted an MP3 player that was inexpensive (I am mostly just listenting to it while I exercise.), easy to use, and would hold up decently. CNET gave this one a good review, and most all of the Amazon reviews were very favorable, too.br / I have had it for a couple of weeks, and for being TOTALLY clueless about using an MP3 player, this has been really easy to figure out. It was easy to load music on, easy to use, and the FM radio even seems decent. It even came with a simple case and arm-band so I don't have to stick it down my bra while I exercise!! I am very happy with the SanDisk Sansa!br /br / |

| Works as is designed and well at it as that. MP3 player and FM radio work well . The only negative is the lack of a built in speaker which would be nice to check your voice recordings from time to time such as I had with another brand.br /br /Simple to use also so it get's 4 out of 5 stars from me. |

"Great alternative to IPOD" | 2008-09-22 |

I have THREE of these, and they aren't perfect, but neither are IPODS. In some ways they are better:
* They use AAA battery, so you can carry virtually unlimited hours with you * They don't require special software (i.e., itunes) * They are much less expensive (about 1 quarter of the cost of the IPOD nano) * Personally I think the shape is better than the rectangular IPOD shape (these are very small too)
They do have little quirks, for example they don't recognize ID3-2 MP3 tags, only ID3-1. The screen is not nearly as sexy as an IPOD either. But if you're only looking to carry 2GB of audio with you, does it really need to be?
They aren't perfect, but since no MP3 player on the market is either, I'm still giving it five stars. |

| I bought it few weeks back. it works like ipod, but little different. you can upload songs from computer using windows media player. you can edit, delete and reupload the songs. the FM facility is also there. and though I bought it from US, it works in India (for Indian buyers). a pencil bettery (AAA)works for this which is easily available. it's good one in your budget |

| When you can get a 3 GB player for about the cost of dinner at a decent restaurant, how can you go wrong? The mickeymouse "software" disk is virtually useless, and the gizmo is prone to its own quirks, but the sound quality is awesome and it holds more than enough songs for the average listner. An IPOD it ain't, but then you're not shelling out big bucks either. And it can take a beating: my cats knocked it off the table several times to a wooden floor, and it just keeps playing. And it weighs so little you can forget you're carrying it! |
