Just don't like it. EXTREMELY uncomfortable in my ear. Only works well indoors, or in the car, which is what, I guess, it was designed for. I'll try a plantronics next, unless someone recommends something better.

Best headset ever! I've purchased more than 8 headsets in the last year and none of them worked. They were too large for my ears; difficult to hear; poked inside my ear; fell apart within days. This headset is like my old headset that I loved except it is just the right size and so easy to use. There is a mouthpiece that when closed to the base turns off the headset and when opened turns it on. It is clear as day and easy to use. I highly recommend it; you won't be sorry.

The headset is staticy, tinny sounding and the person on the other end says that I sound like I'm under water. The fold down speaker turns on the bluetooth which is a nice feature. And the price was right. But then again, you get what you pay for. I had a Motorola H375 and the sound was exactly the same. You think Motorola would have gotten it right by now. However, I did have a Motorola H505. It had excellent sound but the earpiece broke off. I bent up a large paperclip to replace it and it worked better than the original earpiece. (Put some tape on the paperclip, it can be a little rough on the ears.) I lost the H505 which is why I purchased the H700. No more Motorola products for me.

I had this Bluetooth for over two years now and I have been very satisfied with it. I got a Bluetooth in response to California's mandatory hand's free law while driving. I only use this Bluetooth when I'm driving. The unit fits real well to my ears. If I get a call it beeps and I press it once to answer & once to hang up. Simple! I can also press the unit once to redial. My only complaint about this unit is the voice commands don't exactly work perfectly for me. As a Filipino-American I have a lot of ethnic names in my phone's directory so if I use voice commands on my Bluetooth to call a name with a complex pronunciation it often attempts to calls someone else in error. I suppose if my phone directory had simplified names like "home", "work" or "school" I would probably use my voice commands more frequently. Not sure if the voice command is just an issue with my specific phone the LG EnV, but for now I just keep it simple and only use the Bluetooth for answering the phone or re-dialing while driving so my hands can be kept on the more important task of driving safely.

I have this product already (and LOVE IT!!), and I decided to give my brother one for his birthday a few weeks ago. It took him under 2 minutes (after the Headset was fully charged-overnight) to connect it to his cell phone and he was 'off and running'! This gift is extra special because it enables him to have both hands free while caring for his active 4-year old daughter. His wife liked it so much that I will be purchasing one for her at Christmastime.

This Bluetooth headset does what it should. Not uncomfortable on the ear and effective both for hearing and talking while driving with both hands on the wheel.
Vendor was quick to send the merchandise which arrived early. I had trouble linking the headset with my cellphone but Motorola 800 number walked me through successfully.
