"Reasonable but Not the Best Quality" | 2008-09-11 |

| The product is reasonable quality. However I had to dissasemble several of the pre-assembled pieces to file/grind pieces of flashing to make the joints between the two bikes articulate as designed. Same for the telescoping "quick connect". I wish this was a little better designed and built. |

| I was going to buy a more expensive brand of bike trailer which I had previously tried, but decided instead on the WeeRide Co-Pilot because of the price. I am glad I did. I'm very pleased with the WeeRide Co-Pilot. It was simple to assemble and attach to my bicycle. My 5-year-old rides on the back very comfortably. It is well made, stable, solid and tracks behind my bike effortlessly. It is an excellent product. |

"Must have gotten two Lemons" | 2008-09-05 |

After reading the previous reviews, we decided to order two of these for our 4 and 5 year olds. They arrived promptly and were easy to assemble. Problem is... I followed the instructions precisely but when I attached them to our adult bikes, they were both slewed to one side. No matter what I did, I couldn't get them to sit straight up and down. I changed them around from my bike to my wife's but neither one worked.
What we wound up doing is sending them back and went to our local Bike Shop and bought 2 Trek trailers. They made sure the trailers fit and worked perfectly with our bikes.
The only saving grace was Amazon... There was absolutely no hassle with returning the merchandise, no questions asked. I have been a steady customer of Amazon for a number of years and this was the first time I had to return something. I wasn't sure what would happen, but I was pleasantly suprised by the efficiency and quickness of the return process. My account was credited in no time. This type of service will keep me coming back and shopping with them for a long time. Beats driving to the Mall every time! |

"Perfect step after a trailer." | 2008-09-03 |

| My 5 year old was just too heavy to pull in the trailer. This is perfect as her pedaling really does help move us. This is especially helpful on an incline. She cannot ride a two-wheeler yet and has no trouble with this as my bike holds her up. Easy to hook up and unhook and not too heavy. |

| We have been very happy with this addition. Our pre-schooler loves the feeling of contributing to pedaling! The only thing to watch out for is balancing while turning, and be sure the little ones wear helmets! It is very fun and great family time! |

"Great bike, Lots of FUN" | 2008-08-19 |

| We bought this tandem bike with free shipping directly from Amazon. It shipped very quickly, was easy to assemble and our 4 and 1/2 year old loves it. she is a little tall for her age, so I am not sure if a shorter 4 year old would do as well. She loves the flag in the back that helps motorists see the bike and she pedals all the time. Definitely worth the money! At first there is a little getting used to having a kid on the back throwing the balance off (my daughter is still in training wheels on her regular bike), but this was never really an issue-- just an observation. I also think that it is helping her learn how to balance on a bike so that she can soon ride her own bike without her training wheels. |

| This product is priced relatively low and it arrived very quickly. It was obviously made in China. After I made some adjustments to the wheel and chain guard(shipping damage?), this product has performed very well. Great for kids to learn riding, rules of the road, etc., while they keep up! I recommend this product to parents with kids aged 3 to 5. |

"Returning SECOND one... wheel keeps locking" | 2008-08-11 |

| We are very disappointed with this product. We purchased our first one for our daughter and on our first ride, the wheel kept locking up and we skidded to a stop. Got it to unlock, and continued locking several more times. Took it back to Dicks (where we bought it) and they exchanged for another one (same model), and the second one is doing the same thing. We are now returning the SECOND one and will purchase a different brand. We called Instep, and they were NOT helpful at all as to how we can fix the wheel locking problem. We also took the second trailer to a bike shop today after trying it out today and kept locking... they tried fixing it and looked at it without success. Would not recommend this brand at all.... our daughter is so sad that we couldn't complete our ride she was so excited for!!! |

| We were very pleased with the quality of this product for the price compared to others that were asking twice as much or more. Our daughter is 4 and she loves it. We were amazed in how quickly she got used to riding on it. She is learning to balance very well. We are always using our bikes and because it folds down so easily it doesn't take up much room in the garage or you can take it with you anywhere you go. It also disconnects from the hitch real easy. Can't say enough about this product as we are just really enjoying it. Great exercise for the whole family!! |
