| If you're looking for top of the line, look elsewhere. But for a good, cheap, reliable pair of shears that work well. These are great. They have more function than many higher priced shears. No, they probably won't last a lifetime, but at $7.00 how could you expect them to. |

| I have forgotten how useful a pair of kitchen scissors can be when it's sharp. I have used it to debone, open packages, cut cords, and everything you can think of in the kitchen. The shears so far have not disappoint me. It has cut down my prep time for meals tremendously. Cleaning up is so easy, especially when you can take it apart. |

| I bought these to replace the scissors in our knife block that I have no idea where the other pair went. They cut great, I use them a lot making salsa having to cut up cilantro and green onions straight into the pan. It's also nice they come apart, to throw in the dishwasher. They've been washed many times, and still perform great. |

| I was looking for a good, solid pair of scissors for use in the kitchen. These are awkward, especially with the bottle opener and screwdriver tips poking out of the handles. They interfere with comfortable, ordinary cutting. Also, the blades do come apart for cleaning, but too easily. If you open the scissors in the wrong way, they fall apart in your hands. I don't recommend these. |

I was way more than satisfied with these shears. I chose them over regular shears because of the extra features (bottle opener, pry, pliers type function). They are supersharp, and I use them to cut everything; stiff plastic packaging (don't know why manufacturers package this way in the first place), cloth tags off tshirts, vegetables, tough flower stems, etc. I haven't used them on meat because I don't usually eat it.
The first time I went to clean them, they fell apart. At first I was dismayed, thinking that they had broken, then realized that they came apart for easy cleaning and that the blades easily fit back together again. This feature won me over totally. How many pairs of scissors have I had that end up dirty and rusted because I can't clean the place where the blades come together?
I recommend these shears to everyone who sees me use them. They have become an indispensable part of my kitchen and "junk drawer" collection. |

| I was kinda surprised at the quality of this scissors for the money. I bought some shears from Walmart a while back and they pale in comparison. These are not high end by any means but they seem well made and are an excellent value. |
