Not to difficult to install.Main concern were the wall studs, most know what type and how wide are they, some old buildings have narrow metal ones, very hard to pin point with a basic stud finder, better use a center finder stud finder, and some trial and error.Tilt feature a plus (you can install it higher and still be confortable for viewing)br /Great quality product overall and prompt delivery from Amazon.

I used this to hang my Samsung LNT46669F. I ended up not having to use the tilt function but if I needed to it is pretty easy to do so. The only "issue" I had was that I had to make the opening on the washer (plate) larger so that the screw that secures the bracket to the TV would fit through. Not a big deal if you have the tools.

The mounting process is fairly straight forward. I had a little bit of trouble getting the mounting screws into the wall using a 18.6V Ryobi drill even after drilling a pilot hole. After several hours, I finally got the screws all the way in and my TV is still on the wall 3 weeks later.br /br /Once on the wall, cables are a bit tight to access, but doable if you tile the tv all the way up.

I have a LG 47LC7DF 47" LCD HDTV, and this mount was not big enough. I installed everything, so I know that it was easy to install, and seems sturdy enough, but the Wall bracket is only 31.5" long. So, measure your screw holes on the back of your TV, and give at least a 1" margin for brackets. Mine was 33", so I did not realize until I tried to put the TV up. I hope this helps.

This mount is badly desinged. It will not properly pivit. The way this mount is made your TV will point 15 degrees UP!

First off, I want to talk about the misleading picture. If you basically remove everything inside the outer frame, that's what the newer version looks like. Having said that, I wouldn't be put off as it's still very strong and can more than cope with today's LCD TVs weighing around 50-60 pounds. Mounting is very easy and comes with a vast assortment of bolts and fixings to meet almost every design out there (providing they stick to Vesa guidelines). Overall, a great product, which does the same job similar mounts offer for at least twice the price, but I do want to dock one star though for the misleading picture and the fact it looked as though the box had already been opened. Reading a previous reviewer, I was wondering if I was getting someone else's castoffs.

I like this product and the price was right but it could have been a little easier to install. The directions were a little confusing regarding securing to the tv. Also, trying to tighten the final two pin screws after mounting on the wall was difficult. Other than the extra effort described above, the unit works well.

I purchased this wall mount for my 32 Inch Sony Bravia television since the ratings were pretty good. The mount itself is good quality but I would recommend this one for those who have a 40 inch, or larger to mount. The issue is the back mounting bracket looks painfully obvious behind the television. I needed to purchase the larger wall mount so I could center the bracket between two studs in the wall. When I hang the television, the black brackets hang out to the width of the television. So unless you are viewing straight-on, the brackets are exposed. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, as well. I had to guess which bolts to remove in order to get the tilt function working. They do not address this area except for the ratcheting handle used to loosen and tighten the brackets to change position. The product arrived quickly from Amazon and I would recommend for use on the larger televisions.

Despite my concerns about mounting my precious flat screen on the wall, I agreed when my husband suggested this purchase as it would enhance the look of our television room. It was very easy to measure out where it needed to be and took just a few minutes to install. There was no problem attaching the television (40"). We have been using it for a few weeks now with no issues and we do not anticipate any.
