My only complaint is that it appears to have a small leak - however, I believe that is due to the consistency of the soap I use.
Overall, it feels sturdy when pumping and looks great on the counter top. |

| I really like the look of the soap pump, but when I tighten the top, it keeps going around and around, it never really tightens up, so its like it doesn't work correctly. I think it is defective. The pump works ok, but the top keeps falling off. |

| It took over 3 weeks for this item to arrive. But mine does not have rust. I think it looks great with the other Steeltek items, they all go together, and it looks chic. |

| I've looked everywhere for a full-size tissue box. None of the major chains, Linen's & Things/Bed & Bath/K-mart... seem to carry these though the stores continue to sell full-size tissues. I love this tissue box. Has a good weight to it so it doesn't slide around. It doesn't cover the family size tissue boxes and there's no bottom to it so the cover just slips over the container. That said, I'd still highly recommend this product. |

| I ordered two boxes. One had a 3/4" scratch on it. When I used Windex to clean, it cast a smokey brown patina on it that I can't get rid of. No cleaning instructions or instructions on how to return item if not satisfied. |

This is a very good quality chrome tissue dispenser that will look great anywhere.
It is, nowadays, hard to find a dispenser for FLAT tissues boxes. The square dispensers are almost all you can find. If you've tried a flat box over square, you know there is no comparison. The flat boxes dispense far better, no bunching up, and the tissues per box are MUCH CHEAPER. This is why the square boxes are being sold now - tissue companies are making double the money! Don't fall for it!
Once people discover this, they will switch back to flat boxes, at least I would HOPE. I did!
Only problem with this dispenser, is you need to use the shorter flat tissue boxes. Kleenex makes them, as do some of the generic brands. With those boxes, this dispenser works GREAT!

| The relatively large tissue boxes I use did manage to fit inside this box but its opening wasn't large enough to allow the tissues to be removed easily. They kept getting stuck between the top of the cardboard tissue box and the top of the stainless steel box since they were basically touching each other. If the steel box was higher, and/or if it it had a longer opening, it would work better. It would also work better with somewhat smaller tissue boxes. |

| The item arrived with small scratches and pocks. The chrome finish is a little grainy when you look closely. Otherwise, it is exactly what you would expect - a heavy, chrome-plated, stainless steel piece that stays in place when you need a tissue. It would a good idea to add little silicon to the bottom so it won't scratch the counter. The fact the only other rectangular chrome-plated tissue cover was over $100 made it easy to forgive minor flaws. |
