This showerhead has worked great for us. We have very hard water and it has helped tremendously by taking out some of the chlorine. My hair and skin are softer and less dry, and our shower has even been easier to clean since we installed this showerhead. I also use it to fill the bathtub for my children- it's worth it to know they aren't sitting in and breathing in chlorine.

Finally, a shower filter contained in the shower head! Easy to install but the directions should tell you to remove stickers [I know it is common sense but instructions should be specific.] The rubber face, with many spray choices, will not corrode and clog like metal. REASONABLY priced filter replacement. Bonus!: It is so quiet!

The filter itself works pretty well. There was a noticeable difference in my hair. However, the water pressure on this filter is horrible. I would get better pressure if someone peed on my head!

Only had it a day, but hair is completely different than normal. WAY less dry and just feels different. It feels like the water is softer. It said it comes with a wrench, but doesn't. Im not going to give it less stars though because it is cheapest shower filter I could find that filters out 99%+ of chlorine, so whatever. I bought a strap wrench froms sears for 5 bucks that works awesome. so far so good. just wanted to let people know about the lack there of a wrench. If you can't afford reverse osmosis or live in an apartment like me, give it a try.

granted i'm not the most handy person (so take this with a grain of salt), but when putting the filter in the showerhead, i thought for sure i needed to remove what appeared to be stickers on the filter... they didn't exactly come off easily, so i figured it must be part of the filtering process. but, no where did it say to remove these, not in the directions nor on the filter itself. needless to say, despite how hard it is to remove these stickers, you definitely need to remove them.

Los Angeles county water is heavily chlorinated with a lot of minerals, and I smell and feel it. This unit has considerably reduced both. Now, I can't even smell the chlorine or feel the minerals deposit on my skin afterward.

It was a breeze to install and works great after a couple months of use. My water pressure has improved with the use of this filter on the normal setting. It definitely got rid of the smell my water had and it just feels cleaner. It has improved my rusty water situation, but hasn't completely solved it.

Shower filters are great to remove the nasty chlorine smell when you shower. They are a good idea because breathing chlorine into your lungs every time you shower is bad for you. Also, someone told me they got more mold in their bathroom once the chlorine was gone from the water, but I haven't found this to be true. All around I'm really glad I got a shower filter. As for softening hard water though, shower filters don't do that! Hard water is very hard on your skin and hair, but a shower filter won't make any difference in terms of the water's hardness.

I've been using the Culligan WHS-C125 Wall-Mount Filtered Showerhead for about two weeks now and everything that the manufacturer promised is true. It was extremely easy to install, my skin is softer and I don't need to use as much shampoo, or lotion on areas of my body that usually required it. I've also noticed that my shower is cleaner with virtually no hard water spots. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone who wants to save money (less shampoo, soap, or shower gel needed to get clean and less lotion used, not to mention cleaning solutions), wants to reduce chemicals from their lives (chlorine), and wants to give their children cleaner water for baths. This product is a no brainer. If you're just thinking about getting a filtered showerhead, this is the one to get!
