"The softest, most absorbent towel I've ever used." | 2008-07-14 |

| I always buy expensive and high quality towels and sheets. I just found the Christy Embrace brand of towels, and I couldn't be happier. I read the Amazon reviews of the towels and made note of the occasional complaint about them shedding lint. So, as soon as I got them I stuck them in the dryer, set on air fluff. Yes, there was a lot of "lint" in the filter, so I just kept running the dryer on air fluff until there was little "lint." I think I ran it through 6 70-minute cycles. To me, it was worth it to have these absorbent, ultra-soft wonderful towels. I have to get rid of some of my old towels so I can order more of these wonderful towels! | |

| These are by far the best towels I've ever used. They are huge in size, thick, and extremely soft. They have held up quite well over the past two years, with no decrease in thickness or softness.
I will say that when I first got them, they threw off a lot of lint, as I expected with any new towel -- and so I washed them frequently, and didn't use any fabric softeners. They didn't seem to absorb very well in the early going while this was going on. I finally decided to dry them with fabric softener sheets, and they instantly started soaking up water easily and stopped throwing off lint. I know others have said this is the opposite, and most instructions will parrot this, but I've found the sheets to actually work very well (never been a liquid softener person). Either way, these are the best I've ever found, and I hope they continue to be produced, as I'll be buying more throughout the years. | |

| These towels are beautiful and soft -- no fading even after several washings. Unfortunately, my husband is tired of picking fibers out of his beard. A guest bath is probably a good place for them. I am back to shopping for a set of towels for the master bath...and the redwood color just wasn't that easy to find! Christy Embrace With Silk Bath Towel- Set of 3- Redwood | |

| I have had these towels for a month and am still undecided if I would purchase them again. As stated by previous purchasers, they do pill quite a bit for the first 2-3 washes. They are soft, but I am not convinced that they are the softest I can buy and their longevity. | |

| I have purchased mid-range priced towels for over 20 years and I decided to splurge on 4 of these washcloths! (Buy 3 get 1 free) They were advertised for $9.99 each (4 for $30) and I thought, "What washcloth is worth ten bucks?" BUT NOW I'M addicted to Christy towels - the Embrace with silk is sooo soft and absorbant! And I have only tried the washcloths! I am saving to buy the hand towels - very pricey but definitely the quality warrants the cost! I've washed them several times and have had no problems with pulls or loose threads! If you want to pamper yourself, buy these! | |
