20 Pound Individual Ankle Weight
The two leg weight are fine. They meet my needs well. I will note that the two pound weight pockets have covers that come loose often. I just close the velcro tops whenever that happens.
About Amazon: 1. They may have double charged me. I wrote them about it, but never got an answer. That is, I was charged $99.30 rather than $49.65 and never got an explanation. 2. The free shipping took 12 days. |

| I bought these a while ago and use them allot. I don't use them for rehab or anything like that. I use these for my workouts. The only gripe I have with these is that when using them inlaying down exercises the Velcro isn't enough to hold the one pound weights in there and can be somewhat dangerous. |

I got this weight set for rehabing my knee after scope surgery, and it works good for that. I like that I can change the weight in 1 lb. increments.
Other complaints about the loosness are valid, but if you use it only for lower leg extensions it is fine. I would not want to walk around with it on, as it would put way too much weight on the foot. |

| A friend had turned me unto the book, "Strong Women Stay Young". The author recommends women buy adjustable ankle weights up to 20 pounds for each leg. I had the hardest time finding them and finally went online.br /br /I have been exercising for a while, so I found that I needed to start at 10 lbs. These have one pound weights that can be added one at a time so I will be able to add weight as I get stronger. They are quite comfortable. I prefer to wear socks underneath. Do not walk around with them on your ankles. That is not what they are designed for.br /br /These will last me forever! |

| I really like how the weight is adjustable. Sturdy construction too. For a snug, comfortable fit around my thin ankles I just wear them over socks. 5 stars. |

| This product is great for rehabbing knees. The weights are easy to take out or put in. Would not recommend it for working out - if you have small ankles, you won't be able to wrap it snugly around your leg. It's also a bit scratchy so you have to put it over your sock or pant leg. But it does exactly what it's supposed to do, and so it's perfect for me. |
