| I purchased this at Bed Bath over a year ago for my office. It has been BEAT UP by myself and colleagues, making some days 3 pots of coffee a day. The dispenser the brew time all of it are great!br /I wish I could shut off the auto-off feature, but I appreciate the safety mindedness of having it in place. THis is a well-built unit that has certainly been worth the money and has served me well. |

| This unit made great coffee...for not quite 6 months. Called Hamilton Beach warranty department - to get a replacement you must do the following: Write a snail-mail letter describing the problem, cut off the end of the cord and mail along with a check for $9.95 to their service center. Some warranty...I'm not impressed. |

| I loved this Brewstation Deluxe and used it daily for about a year with great results, but then it started leaking coffee out of the bottom. I wasn't able to find the source of the leak. Then, it quit brewing a full cycle. I'd fill it to make a full pot, and it would shut off and stop brewing after brewing only 2 cups. And on top of those problems, the clock stopped working! I gave up on it and threw it in the garbage. |

| We absolutely love this coffee maker. Haven't had any issues with it yet. I've had it for a few weeks now. No leaking at all. Fairly quick brew (and we only have used it on Flavor+ so far). Plus it's so fun to use! Definitely recommend this coffee maker. |

| This coffee maker makes good coffee, is attractive sitting on the counter, and conveniently dispenses coffee. However, 1 1/2 years after purchase with daily use it now leaks coffee onto the countertop and will have to be replaced. I have replaced the washer inside, but that did not solve the problem. You may want to look elsewhere and spend your money wisely. |

| I purchased the BrewStation a few weeks ago and have been very impressed with its performance. The biggest difference is the water temperature - this machine gets the water to near perfect temp while brewing which helps bring out the right flavor of coffee. I really like not having a pot to worry about. The delivery mode, a push button style, is hard to get used to but it works just fine. One improvement would be in how water is introduced as it is clumsy filling up the reservoir and pouring it into the basin. This is a great buy. Next step would be a machine from Starbucks at around $100 or so. |

| I purchased the Hamilton Beach Brewstation Deluxe when our former Brewstation began consistently leaking after several years of daily use. We've always loved how the Brewstation keeps coffee fresh-tasting, even when it has been sitting for hours! The Deluxe is even better than the original. I set it at night so that my coffee is ready when I wake up in the morning, and can program the warmer for 2 hours, 3 hours, or 4 hours. No more microwaving coffee to warm it up! The design is much better on this one too, as it takes up a bit less counter space. Best of all, Amazon had a great price! I highly recommend it. |

| My wife absolutely loves this coffee maker, she broke the carafe on out Black and Decker model so we purchased this one because it has no carafe. We love the flavor of the coffee from 1st cup to last, keeps it just right tempurature wise, does not boil coffee, so no bitter taste. |

| Coffeemaker is as advertised- I'm very happy with it. Purchased to replace a coffeemaker that took up way too much counter space. This maker is more compact although taller than my older maker. I like the iced coffee capability. Not crazy about the blinding blue light! Also, the permanent basket is a good idea but a pain to clean out. I ended up putting paper filters into the basket anyway to make cleaning easier. Makes good coffee. |
