| I purchased our first MX350 second hand. Parts were readily avaiable but found no problem with bike. My 6 year old grandson has and is having hours of fun with this purchase. He wants now a larger bike and for sure the next size up for him will also be a Razer dirt bike. He roe it at the Little League Park for baseball practice and now all the boys want one. I am recommending this site for the best price. We have had it several months and still now problems.

| we've had this bike for 2 years and the only part that we needed replaced was the battery charger and that was our fault. The battery lasts for a good 10 miles and this thing is sturdy. My 6 year old can't destroy it and that's a biggie...... |

I bought an MX500 for my 9 year old son, and I bought this bike for my 7 year old. While the MX500 was strong enough to take my older son up the grassy hills of my lawn, the MX350 was too weak to take even my 7 year old son up those same hills.
He still loves the bike and loves to ride it up and down the driveway and down to the cul de sac, but I felt I should have gotten the bigger bike even for my smaller son.
The battery has not given us any problems even after a year. |

I got this bike 10 months ago. It is GREAT! It has been working very well. I'm 8 years old, and this bike is great for kids six years old and up. I haven't had any problems with it. I usually ride about an hour non-stop on a charge. I ride it on grass and concrete and it rides good on both. You won't be disappointed if you buy this bike. It is so cool!

| My son saved his money for this bike and he loves it! He is very careful with it.... He is 6 yrs old - so the recommended age for the product must be for safety, but for fun I think a younger group will enjoy it. It takes very good balance so make sure the rider is good at riding bikes already! The older kids like it too! The only negative is that the battery truly doesn't last long, but this seems to be the case with all battery ride on toys! Have Fun! |

No battery life. Battery was fully charged as per instructions. The longest period of time my grandson was able to ride was 12 minutes and this was on Christmas day when it was given to him. (To keep this in perspective, my grandson is 7 years old and weighs 51 pounds.) Two days later, once again after a full charge, the Razor wouldn't even move two feet. Needless to say, I had an extremely disappointed grandchild. This has proven to be a rather expensive deck ornament!
Any feedback on replacement batteries as to how long they hold a charge? |

| I bought my son this bike for his 6th birthday. He is 60lbs and 4 feet tall and it fits him perfect. The bike was purchased in December from Amazon during one of their Friday sales for 150.00. The first bike we got was broken. The bike would not move when my son sat on it, but the tire did spin when no one was on the bike. I called amazon and they set up a refund right away and I had a new bike with-in 3 days. Amazon has always had great customer service. My son has gotten to ride the bike twice so far and he seems to really enjoy it. The bike is fast but after a few minutes my son was able to control it fine. He has been riding a 2 wheel bike since he was 4. I think that this bike is a perfect step up from the power wheel cars - if your kids are looking for something a little faster to ride this bike is for you. |

| I bought this for my 9 year old Grandson who is tall for his age. It is just right! No gas, no upkeep. Just plug it in and let it charge. Off he goes for 45 minutes or more and that's enough time to make him happy! It's fast enough where he can enjoy it and can keep it in control around sharp curves and down rocky slopes. It has helped him learn the "rules of the road" before upsizing to a gas-powered engine. Would definitely recommend the electric motocross bike for the young rider. |

| The battery on this motorcycle started going bad right away. After two months it would not take a charge. I took it to an authorized Razor repair service and they have not been able to get a battery for over two months (they are on back order). Razor customer service is really bad, they do not care about their customers. They should of stuck with making their original kick scooter, it is the only good product they have. |

Santa brought 2 of these for our 5 & 6 year old boys.
Assembly was easy, with all required tools included.
The one for the 6-year-old worked great Christmas morning.
Have you ever seen the look on the face of a 5-year-old who has been disappointed by Santa? It was terrible. His bike wouldn't go at all! The wheel would spin, but the bike wouldn't move on the ground...
Amazon was GREAT about sending a replacement and paying for return shipping! The new bike, out of the box, after charging, was a rocket, even faster than the one that supposedly "worked" Christmas morning. About 2 weeks into January, the original one stopped charging and wouldn't hold a charge more than 5 minutes. When I attempted to return it through Amazon, they refused a replacement because "It is an overwhelming product issue" and they are not confident a replacement would solve the problem.
So, out of 3 bikes altogether, one works well, one was returned and one is dying. 1 out of 3 performance is not a good percentage. Amazon referred me directly to the Razor Corp. who immediatedly offered to send a replacement battery at no charge.
Obviously this happens a LOT for them to solve the problem so quickly! We're still waiting for the battery (it's been a week), so we're crossing our fingers and hoping it works, because now we're past the Amazon returns date limit! |

| I got this for my son for Christmas but when I took him outside to ride, it wouldn't go but I could pick-up the rear wheel and it would spin. I called Razor and the customer service person, immediately knew what the problem was. She offered to send me a new battery at no cost. The new battery did not arrive with directions and the Razor manual didn't discuss this procedure but after about 30 minutes, I had it apart and the new battery in place. I started charing it and put it back together, which took me the better part of an hour. I still never got the screw back in one side of the bracket holding the battery down. I used cable ties and then reattached the cover. The next day my son took it out and had the time of his life playing around. I also bought the Razor helmet, which looks like a real motorcycle helmet. This is a great way for my son to begin learning to ride a motorcycle without the huge expense and overpowered bike. |
