| We are collectionists and this Grid Alien was hard to find now that the new movie has been released. It is another great acomplishment of Mc Farlane toys. Perfect to have the other part:Scar Predator. We have both and look awsome together... actually they were made to be display that way. So if you have the chance put them together, do it... Just a part of the movie at your house. Be carefull if you have kids at home, the pointy endings are not child proof. Great action figure.Very well done. |

| This is a good figure if one liked the aliens in AVP at all. But for those who enjoy the original versions in Alien and Aliens, this won't do. It also doesn't stand well. I recommend Hot Toys's Alien vs USCM aliens snap kits to anyone who liked the cameron movie's alien design more. Although these action figures aren't big (5 inches tall only) they are arguably more detailed and extremely accurate and cheaper. |

| The scale of this alien is considerably bigger than McFarlane's previous 12 inch releases. The sculpting is well done. I think the finish work on the grid portion of the head and shoulder could use some finessing, it's just not accurate, an easy fix for someone that has some skill with painting figures. I may be a bit picky, but there you go. Overall, a great display piece. |

| I was so excited to finally get this McFarlane Alien! The intricate details and multipoints of action are truely amazing to touch and look at, not to mention it looks like it could jump off the shelf any moment and attack! I mostly bought it for drawing reference. Fans of the AvP or just Alien genre will definitely want to add this bad boy to their collection. Just make sure you have a nice shelf to put it on...its flexible tail is HUGE and goes everywhere! |

| The Mcfarlane Toys 12 inch grid alien is quite a beautiful display piece. The detail and quality of this figure is great and you can tell that a lot of time and effort went into making this alien look as scary and detailed as it does. The articulation value clearly shows that this figure is meant mostly for display purposes. Buy the 12 inch scar predator as well so that you can lock the display peieces together to make a great display. By the way, this alien is HUGE and has a cool, fully bendable tail. |
