| Our daughter really liked the toys on this mat (the previous version which cost less) when she started focusing on them. She was calmed by the Mozart music. Now that she is rolling over and sitting up, she still loves the toys (great teethers) and the crinkly patches, as well as when I make the lamb squeak) but she doesn't like whacking the music board to activate the barnyard sounds with her hands. Maybe later. I like the fact that I can toss it into the washer to get rid of the cat hairs left by my cats, who also enjoy the mat. It is easy to disassemble. We have the Baby Einstein mat as well but this Tiny Love mat is better in quality. |

| I looked at all the options available, read reviews, and decided on the Tiny Love Gymini Total Playground. I couldn't be more pleased. The kick pad activates very easily. My 3 month can bump it in any location, and it will play music. The toys DO NOT hang in her face, and they can be moved to any position. My mirror was not warped. Everything was perfect. Perfect for play-time, and nap-time. |

| We bought this playmat for our now 4 month old boy based on all the rave reviews. I must say that this is hardly worth $65. I was somehow expecting more toys or lights or something. The kick pad only alternates between two 10 second riffs or a repeating Mozart phrase - hardly interesting even for a 4 month old. The kick pad has to be positioned just so in order for him to hit the small area which activates the music (our active kicker hits the target several times a minute- I don't know if this is good or bad...). The lights are only of use if he is on his stomach using his hands (a little advanced for 4 months). There are only 3 soft toys of interest and 2 cheap plastic things. To be perfectly honest, after 1 week he seems bored with it already. He by far prefers his organic cotton toys over the polyester chemical-laden toys included. I had to wash the thing several times before I felt it even remotely safe to put my son on it. Can't say I recommend this. I gave it 2 stars because it does occupy his interest for about 10 minutes and clearly other babies enjoy it but the price tag should be about $25. |

| My son does not like this play mat because he hates to be put on his tummy. However, if he is placed on his back on this play mat, he magically loves it. This toy is supposed to help promote the ever important tummy time, but it's doing the opposite in my case. I wish that Tiny love would put extra padding into all of their playmats, as the padding is minimal, and the hard floor of my carpetless house can be felt through the mat. The toys that hang from the arches are adorable, but should be switched up every so often to keep your baby stimulated. It is very easy to break this mat down and carry it with you to a friend or family member's house. The arches detach by opening the snaps, and the mat can be carried over the shoulder for easy transportation. This mat is very colorful, and is attention grabbing. It seems like everyday when my son is on it (on his back of course,) he finds something new to stare at. I recommend this product to all parents. I just hope your baby likes tummy time better than mine! |

We bought this for our boy when he was 3 months old. He became overstimulated quickly with more than one toy on the mat, but know that he is sitting up at 6 mos, he can play with a varitey of toys attached.
Problems: It isn't thick enough to be comfortable on the floor without anything under it. If you pack it up to take to a friend's house, there is nothing to prevent him from conking his head on the floor if he falls over while sitting up. A little more padding would have been nice.
The kick pad requires too much precision to activate.
The 10 minutes of music is misleading to the point of being a bold faced lie. There is 1 minute of music that loops until stopped by a 10 minute timer.
Still there are a lot of good things for your child to explore, so this is not a bad product. With hindsight, I probably would have bought something else. |

My 8 month old has had this for about 4 months now and loves it. When she was younger, she enjoyed rolling around on the mat and playing with the lion and the chimes. Now that she's a little older, we have removed the mirror and she plays with that just about everywhere. She enjoys all of the toys that came with it and we usually end up taking them with us when we go out.
Although she was a big kicker and would kick the response pad, I'm not sure she ever understood that she was making the music start (though you can have it to just play music without being kicked). She might get a kick out of it as she gets bigger.
The mat can no longer contain her, since she loves to roam around. We've placed a big blanket next to it, so she can roll from the blanket to the gym, with various toys along the way for her to play with.
Overall, a great product.

My son really loves the items that dangle. He puts everything in his mouth or he kicks them with his feet. He also just started rolling over and this is such a comfy mat I have no fears!
He loves the wind chime and the butterfly rattle - more than many other more expensive rattles. |

| This product has been one of my best purchases though everything through Amazon has been great. My grandson not only enjoys the colors and sounds, but my daughter enjoys the fact that he now has a toy that entertains him so she can at rare times sit and relax, but my grandson is also learning from it. |

| I've liked this mat overall. It is a pretty big mat. Some other reviewers complained that the kick pad is too hard for baby to activate, but my 5 month old has no problem with it. She started being able to kick it at least 2 months ago but she is quite the kicker. She hasn't learned to roll over yet so she hasn't really played with some of the functions on the mat (like the squeaker or pull up crinkly flaps). The mirror is kind of distorted. But she loves looking at the hanging toys and grabbing at them. One thing that I find annoying is that the sides are supposed to snap together to make the mat smaller and sort of like a sandbox. But I have never been successful at making the snaps stay. It always unsnaps very quickly. I would recommend this mat to other people, but since this seems like the most expensive Gymini, I would say a less expensive one is probably just as good. |
