| I love Razor's custumer service,they shipped me a great performing scooter for no cost because of a past recall. When I got the scooter I was impressed with it. I bought the same scooter 4 years ago and it broke but Razor's quailty went up,Great work. After opening up the package Razor even lets the customer use the scooter right away. The accleration speed and battery life greatly improved. Thank you Razor!! |

| The scooter is good, works fine, good battery life and stable but with someone even close to the rated load it has inadequate clearance between the ground and the motor. I got this one for my wife the 100 for my child (she loves it) and the 300 for me. Just driving around the neighborhood and hitting little dips in the road on the 200 will cause the motor to hit the street very hard. The 100 has a solid wheel so even though the clearance is low it does not suffer the same fate. If you are going to get a bigger scooter than the 100 then go for the 300, the clearance issue is much improved for that model. |

| Bought this hunk of metal in November 2007 for my 5 year old. I call it a hunk of metal because thats basically what it is now. Under a year I have had to repair the rear end because of some grinding noise that began to happen within a month of riding it. Now the battery won't even hold a charge. This thing is Garbage. Stay Away! If you get one and it works go buy a lottery ticket cause its your lucky day. |

| I'm 10 years old, and saved for a long time to get this with my own money. It's strong enough for a whole family to ride. I charge it every night, and it's never run out of a charge while I'm playing with it. It looks really cool and futuristic. Be sure to wear your helmet! |

| Purchased this for my goddaughter who is 9. SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. It charges quickly, is easy to ride and it goes much faster than I thought it would! Got the same scooter for my nephew but with the seat (E200), but it does not go as fast, and charge runs out quickly !!! |

| I purchased two Razor E200 electric scooters for Christmas. One worked fine, and my daughter loves it. The other did not - the scooter lost power after just a very short run time. It is now the end of March and I have still not received satisfaction, and my son is still without a working scooter. At first the customer service person thought it might need a new battery, so they sent a new one. That did not work, so the next person I contacted (I almost never was in contact with the same person twice) thought it might need a new electronic control box, so they sent me a new one of those. It came without any installation instructions, but I gave it a go anyway. But it was clearly an incorrect controller. So they sent me a second, and it was the exact same incorrect one. Then they had a real live technician call me, and I told him exactly what I had written (why did he need to call me??), and he was finally able to figure out the correct one to send me. So I installed that one, and now the scooter is even worse than before. I have begged, pleaded and threatened for Razor to either send me a new scooter or refund my money, but so far they have refused to do so. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!! - otherwise you are just rolling the dice with your money. As for me - next stop small claims court. |

| Easy to assemble, followed instructions exactly as far as charging the battery, etc., and have been extremely pleased - my 12-year-old daughter LOVES it, and we've had no problems with the battery not lasting. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone whose child wants a motorized scooter. |

| I purchased an E300 Razor electric scooter for my son and he absolutely loves it. I was so impressed with how solid the scooter was and the craftmanship that I decided to buy another one a few days later. My wife and I both take turns riding the other which is an E300S. This model comes with the optional seat which we haven't used yet. We ride it just the way it is.What a great way to spend some fun family time together! Looks like I am going to have to buy another one so that we all have one.These scooters have plenty of power and are dependable. Quiet and smooth with great looks too. Their website [...] has a lot of great information.These scooters performed better than expected and have not had any problems at all. |

We bought this scooter for our daughters (7&8yrs) from EToys through [...]. Very pleased with delivery and package came in perfect shape (no damage). First we did the over 12hr charge. Then my husband tweeked the brakes, so that my young children could squeeze the brakes while riding. We also adjusted the wire & cables to figure "S" like shape along outside of height bar, and secured it with a tie wrap just below where you adjust the height. Just like noted by another review, the tire valve stem extension is inside the right side handle grip (just remove cap). This is not stated in the manual, but it is shown on the diagram that points out all the parts.
Our girls love this scooter and we do too, since it holds upto approx 200lbs. We just ride it back and forth down our sidewalk for about 5 houses down the street, and in and out of driveways. We have been careful not to turn it on it's side since we read comments that this can break of parts. Other neighborhood kids (ages 6-11) have tried it also and they say it is so cool, and of course want one too. There have been no problems and we have had it for about three weeks. The battery charge does last longer than the 40mins, usually about 50mins. You do notice at about after 30min of riding the scooter does not go as fast as it did in the beginning (only like 2MPH slower). WE have really enjoyed this scooter and we remain safe and stay in control, no going super fast around corners and always wearing a helmet and keeping a watchful eye on the kids while they ride. Have fun and enjoy this cool scooter. |

I bought this scooter for my 8 year old son and he just loves it. It's fairly fast (probably runs between 10 and 15 mph)yet easy for my son to control; it turns and brakes like a champ. It has a nice platform to stand on and is very solid.
My only complaint is that the chain has fallen off on a few occasions. It's not difficult to fix but does require some time and tools. |
