| A lot better than expected. Does'nt take as long to fully charge as instructions say and, at an hour and a half pulling 100 lbs on level ground ,the run time exceeds manufactures specs.Great deal and lots of fun for low cash. |

"GREAT LITTLE SCOOTER!!!....." | 2008-09-01 |

I bought this scooter at Kmart yesterday. I really love it!!!
Very easy to put together...( it was already 95 percent installed)Just had to put the seat and screw a little here and there and was done in less than 10 minutes.
I charged it for 12 hours and took this thing for a spin in the park.
Even though is says that it goes as fast as 15mph, I think it goes like 18 mph.
I have a big park across the street where I'm able to ride it with no problem.
It's so much fun!! I just whiz by people jogging or riding their bikes. It's great!!!
Going up hill it slows just a tad but going down hill you go at a nice speed!!! I keep my hand on the brake just in case... ( which works very well by the way).
I would've given this scooter 5 stars but because the riding time on this thing is about 35 minutes, I gave it 4 stars.
It sucks that the charge is hours longer than the ride!!
I just finished taking a ride in the park and 30 minutes later I'm back home charging the battery. :\
Overall it's an EXCELLENT scooter and the price is just right. I would definitely reccommend buying this scooter.
It's a lot of FUN!!!! :):):):) |

| works great for my 11yo. It struggles when two people are on it--80lbs keeps it fast, over 100 slows it down. Didn't come with instructions to attach seat, but not hard to figure it out. My kid loves it. |

| This scooter is Fast ! It's not a 'toy' I'm 32 years old and I use it to get around town, instead of buying gasoline/insurance/car-repairs. The (new)scooter came with a bad part, but there is a 3 month warranty. I emailed customer service and they are Fed-Exing a new part. I did Not have to hassle with mailing the broken part back to Razor. :) The new part should be here in a few days; overall I'm pleased with the scooter...but I regret buying such a large product online...it would have been much easier to exchange the scooter to a local store. I have to say again, this scooter is FAST and the frame is strong. On a side note, I plan on using this scooter for years, replacing parts as needed, because the most expensive replacement part is approx $50. Most parts being $10-$15. Razor sells replacement parts on their website :) In my city, we're allowed to ride these scooters on the sidewalks, but you should check your local laws first. Most cities have their laws online :) |

When I first opened the scooter I saw a bunch of parts. 5 minutes later, it was already charging! The scooter is easy to assemble, and easy to ride. It has good stability and it really feels fast. The uphill ride is not as fast as flat or downhill, but the speed of downhill completely makes up for it. The scooter has a comfy seat, and a nice sturdy kickstand. It takes 3 seconds to start up and get going. At top speed you find yourself zipping around trying to race cars.
I wish I had gotten this scooter before. It goes for about 45 minutes, and it looses power very slowly. It usually takes around 8 hours to charge if the battery is dead, but shorter if their is juice in it. The only problem is that I don't know how I'm going to lock it properly. |

| We bought this for our 11 year old son's birthday. He seems to think this scooter deserves way more than 5 stars. He doesn't seem to want to use the seat, but it is a nice option to have. It is very easy to remove. This scooter seems to run pretty fast and the general consensus of the neighborhood kids is..........he is soooo lucky to have it :) |

| I bought the scooter for my son and it is fine. It is easy to assemble and my son really likes it. I have had no problem with the scooter. The only negative is the 225 lb maximum. weight that is stated in the description. Perhaps this is the structural maximum weight in that it can support 225 lbs without breaking. I weigh 180 lbs and the scooter won't go very well with me as the rider. I would say a more realistic maximum weight is about 125 lbs. Any higher than 125 lbs and I would suggest looking at some of the 4 battery scooters. |

| I purchased this scooter for my 9 year old son after spending hours reading reviews (on several models). I finally just settled for this one since it was in my desired price range and bears the name Razor. It was fairly simple to put together and charge. When I took it on it's test run (fully charged) it was slow compared to others I had ridden. It also felt wobbly. The steering column is able to spin all the way around - there's no limit. Given it's vertical position I felt like a rock or change in terrain (street to driveway, etc.) would cause problems. Also, know that I'm pretty much a dare-devil so not overly cautious. Even though I realized that I would lose in shipping it back I felt that it was worth it to get another one. I sent it back - and haven't replaced my sons top Christmas present, yet. Any suggestions? |
