"Decent transmiter for $10"

I got this for my wife so she could listen to her ipod on the go. Its easy to use and works well when put into the international mode and set to 87.9 fm. My only complaint is that the stereo has to be turned WAY up to listen at a decent level. Its a minor one, but a complaint nonetheless. I would definitely recommend this transmitter though for its ease of use.
"better than the monster one"

My boyfriend recently bought the monster fm transmitter for his car. I prefer this one because it's not as bulbous and the buttons are flat against the product so they don't bump against other objects and change the station. I also like that it's not as flashy and looks innocuous in my car; like a regular cell phone charger. I believe the reception is comparable to the other product.
"Work's better than I thought, clear sound through my car speakers"

I researched this product before purchasing it. There were a lot of helpful reviews that instructed me what to do to get the best sound quality from my car. I followed the instructions and it's almost perfect. My ipod plays through my car speakers and sounds just like I have the CD in, no static or anything. It turns up loud, just not quite as loud as a normal CD or radio would. But it's loud enough (too loud for my wife and daughter).
This is the third FM transmitter I've bought, trying to use my iPod Nano with my new car which isn't MP3 ready. The first cheapie unit just didn't fit into any of my electrical ports (read: cigarette lighters), the second quit after two days. Both had such horrible sound quality, with static, hiss, etc., I figured I was doomed to either buy a whole new sound system or be forced back into CDs. I was skeptical but happy to be proven wrong with this Griffin product. No it's not as great as even the old cassette player adapter, but it's MUCH better than I expected.
I'd recommend this without hesitation. The price is right and it works.
"Easy to use...."

Works as described. If your car radio can tune 87.7, you get NO radio interference from adjacent channels. That's good news.....
"Great Sound Quality!"

I purchased this FM transmitter a week ago and I love it! I followed the instructions from Eric Williams and it worked out very well. Easy to follow and I got excellent sound quality when i set the radio to 87.9. I have used 2 other transmitters in the past which cost around 3x the price of this one or more and they were not as clear. Since I live in San Francisco interference is high, but with this Griffin model, I have not had to change the station yet and the sound is crystal clear. Its not the same as listening to a CD, but it is very close. Definitely a great purchase - cheap and gives great sound quality!
My only warning is that the charger might not work with the newest ipod touch. I have an ipod video and it charges, but my friend tried using it with her touch and it did now work.
