I purchased this case for my Canon to take on our Honeymoon to Costa Rica. Through rainforests, rafting, the beach, the ocean, and all the pools it worked PERFECT!! Not one single problem with this case. My camera has no damage to it, my pictures are excelent, and we had a blast with it. Yes it is a big case, however once you get used to it there is no problem. It saved me from buying a new camera that is waterproof when my older Canon was still in great condition. The seal never leaked, and it blew my mind away at how well all the buttons and features worked. Just follow the directions and it will be the best purchase you have made! I would recomend the weights that come with it if you want to take some self portraits with the timer. I tried to set it on the bottom of the pool to get a shot of my Wife and i but it was to light and moved before the pictures was taken. Overall an incredible case, and i highly recomend it to anyone! A++

Great product. Easy to use. Enabled me to take some amazing underwater photos and use my camera in wet conditions (ocean kayaking) without concern. Important to carry a lens cleaning cloth to remove any water marks after use underwater. Look forward to more fun and adventure knowing my camera is equipped to cope with the conditions...
"Water-proof case that works to 30 meters"

Purchased the case for a diving trip. I used it for snorkeling and 14 dives in the Andeman sea, as deep as 29 meters, and it worked just as expected. No leaks, pictures came out good, and easy to operate the camera underwater. My only complaint is that the buttons are hard to see underwater, so memorize which one is macro and which one is flash before you enter the water. The flash diffuser worked very well, and most of my favorite pictures from the diving are taken with the flash.

"Great Underwater Photos"

I wanted to take digital photos underwater, but didn't want to pay the price a housing costs for my Canon Rebel Xsi. I had this SD600 and found this housing at much less the price for the rebel housing. I got the Canon WP-DC4 housing and took it to Hawaii. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality pictures I got. It takes some getting used to because you can not see the viewer very well and can't see what you got. So you have to aim by looking slightly over the top of the housing. It takes some practice, but it works well. A little practice before you go on that important dive is a must. Have a 2MB card so you can take lots of picture even of the same subject to make sure you get the picture you want. It was completely water tight. You will not have a problem if you read the manual first. I wish I could have had this a long time ago.
"so far so good"

I received this case a week ago and read the manual immediately. Followed the instructions and so far so good. I have not really put it to the test yet (hence only 4 stars). But, so far it has performed flawlessly. I did the test with the case (without the camera) in a bucket of water...no leaks. I took it to a pool to use the video option with my kids....no leaks about 10 feet down. Video came out very clear. The sound is funny (entertaining). All camera buttons are just as easy to use in the case underwater. I am going to Cozumel scuba diving in a month and am excited to use it there! One issue i had but figured out with removing the o ring. Tip: Follow the directions, just pinch hard while doing it. I had problems at first but soon realized i wasnt using enough finger tip pressure. Once i did, the ring popped out no problem.
Just got back from the trip and the case worked perfectly. 6 dives to 80ft. Both stills and video worked well. The audio with the video is good too. I am glad i purchased it!!
